We just had a capacitor fail causing our A/C to stop cooling, Air Masters was fantastic. Casey set up service for the same day and even help move our appointment up when a opening became available. Chad was knowledgeable and walked me thru what the problem was in a straight forward and easy to understand way. He made the repair quickly and made the whole process comfortable and easy.

My AC quit blowing cold air. Called Air Masters and Juan came out again. My unit keeps freezing up. Turned the unit off for about an hour and then it started cooling again. I am now in the processing of installing a new unit.Air Masters has been taking care of my AC/heat pump for years. They have always been helpful and always come when called.

I have been an Air Masters customer for over 10 years. When my AC unit (old one from previous home owner) died, they helped me choose and get a new one installed quickly. Even offered financing options. The new unit works beautifully. They worked quickly and efficiently, and left no mess. Highly recommend!!

Our Tech Juan was was very thorough and did an excellent job letting us know about the status of the system. Airmasters was easy to get scheduled and honored a prepaid service from the date of installation. We were impressed enough to purchase a service contract.

Air Masters has consistently performed great service for our home AC for almost a decade now. All of their servicemen have been top notch, very respectful and professional, especially Angel. Highly recommend this company!

Cannot recommend. Previously, was a fan but now I am moved to describe a terrible experience. Had a new installation go badly and it had to be redone and less than a year later, as it was deemed defective. The unit, and installation, and maintenance was defective and the service wasn't responsive. Air Masters kept passing the buck and it turned into a nightmare. Over a thousand to make up for the defect and shoddy maintenance.

Lost days of work. Four months later, the unit stopped completely. Called another company and yeah, glad that we did. Air Masters used to be good. Support staff is fine but expanding without qualified technicians means that service is paramount. Air Master's is done with an interest in time and money and not doing the job right. They said they would do a good job and even now, the most recent installation of a new pan was again, faulty. Pass.

Always great service! This is the 3rd time that we have used Air Masters and all three times they’ve been wonderful. Our tech, CJ, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful. Highly recommend this company.

Air Masters continues to impress me with their customer service and knowledgeable techs. I first used Air Masters in 2003 for a full install and they have been an absolute first class operation from the beginning. My unit works faithfully all year through the hottest summer and coldest winter seasons.

Adrian was maintenance person 4/11/2023 and has worked with us before on maintenance and repairs. His repairs/ maintenance are always perfect, he communicates well, and is efficient. Company is good about arranging and communicating visits and providing both annual and emergency care. We have used their service over 16 years now.

Adrian did a very good maintenance on my unit. Took his time and went through everything we me. What was going to be needed in the future. Great customer service and cleaned up and put everything back when completed.
