We just had a capacitor fail causing our A/C to stop cooling, Air Masters was fantastic. Casey set up service for the same day and even help move our appointment up when a opening became available. Chad was knowledgeable and walked me thru what the problem was in a straight forward and easy to understand way. He made the repair quickly and made the whole process comfortable and easy.
Thank you to the whole team at Air Masters especially Chad and Casey.

My AC quit blowing cold air. Called Air Masters and Juan came out again. My unit keeps freezing up. Turned the unit off for about an hour and then it started cooling again. I am now in the processing of installing a new unit.Air Masters has been taking care of my AC/heat pump for years. They have always been helpful and always come when called.

Even offered financing options. The new unit works beautifully. They worked quickly and efficiently, and left no mess. Highly recommend!!

Cannot recommend. Previously, was a fan but now I am moved to describe a terrible experience. Had a new installation go badly and it had to be redone and less than a year later, as it was deemed defective. The unit, and installation, and maintenance was defective and the service wasn't responsive. Air Masters kept passing the buck and it turned into a nightmare. Over a thousand to make up for the defect and shoddy maintenance.

Lost days of work. Four months later, the unit stopped completely. Called another company and yeah, glad that we did. Air Masters used to be good. Support staff is fine but expanding without qualified technicians means that service is paramount. Air Master's is done with an interest in time and money and not doing the job right. They said they would do a good job and even now, the most recent installation of a new pan was again, faulty. Pass.

Adrian was maintenance person 4/11/2023 and has worked with us before on maintenance and repairs. His repairs/ maintenance are always perfect, he communicates well, and is efficient. Company is good about arranging and communicating visits and providing both annual and emergency care. We have used their service over 16 years now.
