Excellent experience. The office staff were very help in scheduling an appointment. Nolan came out to install a new thermostat and to check and clean the system. I will keep my annual service contract with Parker Services and highly recommend them.

We are so happy with Parker Services taking care of the heat/AC needs at our home since June of 2021. Here is just one way they shine: We have a mini split AC/heat in our sunroom that was installed incorrectly by another AC company. It has leaked water all over the floor for years! So we got recommendations from friends about who to call for help. Parker Services was the winning choice. We are so happy with the right person to fix our problem and correct the wrong that was done. No, we did not need a new/different system. Donald fixed our problem completely. He told us about the problem that caused all the head ache. We are so grateful for Donald's skill and Parker Services!

Outstanding company. Called for service due to the internal blower for my HVAC. It kept blowing 24/7. Next day, the service engineer showed up, drove across town to get the part, and came back within the hour to fix. Great timely and professional service!

I was a Barineou customer. Faced with an emergency service call, they and many others were too busy to come. However, I called Parker Services and they made the time to come out. I also entered into a yearly maintenance air conditioner program, and at a better price than the rest. Their phone services are great, and the service man that came out was on time, respectful, prompt and cleaned the work space. I will be a loyal customer from now on.

Parker Services is a wonderful company from the top down. The employees are experienced, dedicated, and love working for their company. I have tired many HVAC services for our residential units, but I prefer Parker above all others. They are nice, work until the job is done, will NOT waste your time or money and are committed to doing the best job. Hands down the best company in Tallahassee.

I want to call out service tech Tyler for going above and beyond to quickly diagnose, source, and install a compressor for our unit. Him and Ms Rhonda took great care of us to keep our pets and children cool in this Florida heat. We appreciate y’all.

Donald was an excellent service person. Arrived early, identified problems, answered my questions and got my heater running. I could not have received a better service experience. Very pleased.

I had a issue on Friday morning on
July 8th and call at least 6 companies and none of them were able to schedule me the same day service i and I try to call Parker services and they were able to put me in same day and got my unit running in the evening . Thank you Tyler and will definitely keep them in the future for all my A/ C
Needs . I have been a customer of Barineau for some time now but they were not able to fix me in same day at all ! So Parker Services thank you.

Had new AC added to upstairs area where unit was installed in attic space. The crew was on time and very pleasant to work with. Installation went well, and the 6 month service did also. We have not had any problems of any kind.

When we woke up on one of the coldest days of the year it was 50 degree's in our house. Called Parker Services and was fixed and ready to go in no time at all. Service tech was very knowledge and polite. Thanks Parker Services for helping me out.
