Cooper's Plumbing & Air

Paige, Justin, Dan, and Trent were all very polite and professional. We called on a Thursday and had the new AC installed by COB Monday. They responded quickly to our request to decrease the airflow. We used them years ago to replace another unit and will do so in the future when needed.

This was the most professional service person that has ever been in my home. I am over 70 and have had many in my life time. I was a new customer, and did not have a contract. When I called for advice they were very responsive to my needs. I wasn't asked to get a contract or to purchase anything unnecessary. I was not asked to buy anything.
I would advise anyone looking for a nice honest company to give them a try, I'm sure you will not be disappoited.

I do not usually take time to write a review, but their service impressed me so much that I had to share.
Holiday weekend and our hot-water heater stopped working. I called Cooper's to see if they could come out. Almost immediately they began to schedule a service man to come to see the problem. Mary called several times to keep me informed of when and who would be arriving.
Jonathan arrived on-time, prepared to do the job, after examining the boiler, he explained what needed to be done, (I knew it would need to be replaced since it was 17 years old!). He went over all costs, and most importantly, he would replace it the same day! He was professional, knowledgeable of his trade and very, very polite.
I would use them again without hesitation. This is a first class group that understands how to treat a customer and get the job done right.

Henry went above and beyond to get the work done—investigating a leak in my rental property and ensuring comprehensive measures were undertaken to get the water meter back to normal. He is comprehensive in his assessments and motivated to find a permanent and cost-effective solution. He is a phenomenal communicator, a well-trained plumbing professional, and a joy to work with. Highly recommend!

Robert is an excellent plumber who pays attention to detail and does his best to provide quality service on each call. He is resourceful, knowledgeable, and professional. If you have any plumbing needs, give Cooper's a call and request Robert Vossler.

So far, so great! A very helpful community of employees. Each has been patient and understanding - none, however, more than Mary, their Customer Service representative. She has great listening skills and patience; she really took the time to try to understand what the problem was, so she could make sure it was assigned to the best person for the task. And when, after the day had ended, and she wasn't 100% sure someone had followed-up with me as planned, Mary followed up herself! She called to ask, and I explained that, yes, someone had followed-up, but I was genuinely floored by this kind of customer service excellence. You hardly ever get it anymore. Keep up the great work, Mary!

Ask for them by name, Chip who does the pre-installation consultation and Justin who did the work of the installation itself. Both great guys and professional to a tee. Chip was very careful to listen to my concerns before methodically and very patiently having a look at the problem. Together we came up with the solution that worked for me. Then Justin came the following day, on-time, and set right to work. Any complications he and his partner Bobby ran into, they handled together as a team without any complaint. And at the end of the work, Justin gladly walked me through how my new system works in a way that I could easily understand. They have a great team it seems, and I am actually looking forward to having them come back to work on my next project.

I have been using Cooper's H&A for 20 years and have been satisfied majority of the time. One of their technician's visits my residence twice a year for scheduled maintenance. So I have gotten to know several of their technician's throughout the years. They are always professional and do their best to explain what is required if they find problem with my system. My most recent technician was Patrick who was kind enough to actually show me up close and personal where the problem was and what was needed to be done to solve it. I appreciate Cooper's for being there when I need them!

This is such a great company! They are very professional and treat you just like family. There's a lady that works there named Mary and her customer service is AWESOME. She's very helpful and knowledgeable which goes a long way. You're not just treated like a number when you call or walk in. The services they provide are not only great AND thorough but the prices are reasonable as well. I definitely recommend Cooper's to anyone!

Daniel E. Did an outstanding job troubleshooting and repairing my AC unit. My AC went out over night and Cooper plumbing and air was able to have someone here first thing in the morning.

Matthew was great!! He installed our motor for our unit pretty fast and efficient. He talked to us about ways to maintain our unit and if down the line the advantages of upgrading or air condition. Will definitely recommend!
