Air Solutions HVAC

We called them on Saturday night because our AC was making a weird noise. The woman over the phone gave us some instructions on how to thaw a line because she believed that was the issue and set up a check up for the AC for Tuesday afternoon. We followed the instructions and when we turned our AC back on, it wouldn't work at all. We called them back to tell them this and the technician said he could work us in Monday at 4.

So, Monday at 4:30 came and the technician still hadn't shown up. My husband called the technician and he seemed confused and said something about having two addresses associated with our phone number so he just didn't bother to show or call us to inform us of this. After numerous attempts, we finally got ahold of someone with AC Solutions who told us there was some sort of error on their end with the appointment and that they would be by on Tuesday at the original scheduled time. After telling her this was unacceptable because it was an error on their end and we had now gone 48 hours with no AC, she had the technician work us in that night. The technician ended up getting to our house around 7:30 and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes.

It's been 24 hours and the AC has stopped working AGAIN! I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company. I am out $300 and nothing has been resolved and it's now been 3 days since this ordeal started. Amanda was kind and apologetic, but the service technician was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever spoken to.

Update: After having a qualified technician come out, not only did Air Solutions not fix the it correctly, they put a battery of the wrong type in that would've caused our compressor to explode had we not cut the AC Off when we did, which would've been a $2,000 fix. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Air solutions was wonderful to work with when my AC started acting up. I called in the morning and Doug was at my house by lunch. He did a thorough job inspecting everything and eventually diagnosed a leak in the coil. He was honest and upfront with the possible fixes along with the costs giving me multiple options. He was extremely professional and nice. Spent the next few hours replacing the coil and the freon so I didn't have to go another day in the heat. I would recommend them to anyone as Doug was courteous, professional, honest, and reasonably priced.

I am a Realtor and use Air Solutions to inspect systems that may have issues for all of my clients. They are dependable and have done a fantastic job at repairs. Air Solutions is also extremely flexible with my schedule and can come service a unit the same day I call in many cases. Amanda and Ben have been exceptional and are part of the reason I keep coming back. Thank you!

We have been using Air Solutions for over eight years both in emergency and maintenance modes. I know we could not get better service anywhere!!! When we had a problem with our HVAC system, they got to our home quickly and had the situation under control in no time. Then we signed up for the routine maintenance program which has turned out to be such a wise choice! We don’t even worry about the air conditioning or heat now, because Air Solutions has us covered. These guys are THE BEST! Timely, professional, honest, work with client and don't try to up-sell you. I have worked with a number (4) of different AC companies and I have never been so impressed that I wrote a review. These guys are the best in town. I will only be using them for all future AC needs. Awesome team! Thank you, so much, to Amanda, Colby, Doug, and Justin!! I appreciate everything you did to get my a/c back up and running in this heat! Honesty and hard work goes a long way. I have had several local A/C contractors over the years. But once I found Doug and Air Solutions my search for honest, dependable, and thorough. I had a newer A/C unit installed by another "so called" dependable company and since installed the A/C has never really cooled my house, even thought the unit was one and a half times larger than the original.

When Doug came out he spent time looking over the functional aspects and found a problem with the wiring. The wires were crimped so tight that they broke off and allowed for the heat to kick in and run at the same time as the cooling. In addition, he found several leaks in the duct work that he fixed. Thus the house never received the benefits of a new A/C unit.

Now the house is nice and cool. In fact, with the heat over the past several weeks we have been able to keep the thermostat at 77 degrees and we are very comfortable.

Air solutions came out so fast and had everything corrected and repaired in no time!!! The tech that came out, Ben, was so friendly and didn't mind all the distractions he had to work around!! Background: Our house is 5 years old and for 4 of those years we have had to call out other AC companies- usually multiple times - to keep our AC working. I began to dread summers because of the discomfort and money I would have to spend. Air Solutions was fast, professional and answered all our questions. I have finally been able to get through Spring and Summer with no AC problems. Cold air all the time!
