Quick response and timely appt scheduled, just routine tune up but had 1 issue tech explained in detail and was priced very reasonable. Made suggestions to maintain system and air flow. Great service.

We got our ac and heater installed March 2017. Twice we’ve had problems w our heater. First time they came, the installer apparently did the wiring wrong. I thought then they fixed it. Then come this cold weather, we’ve had our second problem for this brand new heater. Our heater stopped working while my husband is out on a trip. I slept in 62deg house temp had to go to work for my over 12hr shift and come home to a cold house again. Jose the technician had the decency to ask us why we didn’t call earlier during the day for this problem. Oh how I wish i could just skip work, not get in trouble w work and still get paid. I wouldn’t think we should be having this issue to begin w since this is a newer unit. A little bit frustrated.

Speedy service the price was reasonable.

Huff’s is great! I had a AC installed several years ago by Aurora Air and they installed it wrong. In the several dozens of time Aurora Air came out, they couldn’t figured out that they had wired it working. CHOOSE HUFFS!

Was told individual would be there at a specific time on the phone as I needed to be back at work. When guy was a no show at the appointment time, I called to check. He proceeded to tell me that he was just finishing another job and then had to go to lunch before he could be there so there was no way he could be there when I was told. Luckily, i was able to arrange something at work so I didn't have to cancel as we'd already been two days with no a/c. Work done was ok, I guess, but he made a mess of the room he worked in. Dissapointing customer service. Definitely won't be utilizing their services again.

We had an A/C Maintenance checkup and our A/C is working great.We are so happy with HUff's and will use them again and again.

Showed up at appointed time, service tech. aware of social distancing, was a trained professional, courteous got system running and cooling off home then checked out system and reported problems. Excellent quote for replacing 20 yr. old system hit by lightning.
