All Comfort Heating and Air

I've had great experiences with All Comfort Heating & Air! They're on-time, and have been totally professional. This year, we needed a brand new air conditioner, and they had to install it in a very tight, hot, cramped space during one of the hottest days of the year. No problem! They got it in and working in a matter of hours. What a great experience. This is a company that's enthusiastic and attentive to details.

I was hesitant to call All Comfort Heating and Air because of their location. They are in South St Augustine & I'm in Jacksonville. A 45 min drive. Surprise surprise! They do business in Jacksonville!! I called in the morning & by the afternoon one of their technicians, Rolando Basart, was at our house trouble shooting our broken AC unit.

Sadly, our AC unit was beyond revival. It was made 1987. Rolando advised us that repairing the broken compressor would have been more expensive then a new system. Out with the broken - in with the new. By Friday, afternoon I had a new AC system.

Time line: called Thursday morning - Thursday afternoon had their technician at my house - Friday morning they were removing the old AC system - Friday afternoon Rolando Basart was finished installing the new AC system. In two days they finished the job!

They were fast & effective!

Also their front desk, Lauren, was very nice with excellent customer service skills.

They are a family run business who looks out for their customers & not trying to steal from them.

10/10 would use them again.

I unfortunately have had to deal with Marilyn Dorsey and she is a liar, and a thief. She has backed out of commitments and personal promises without the courtesy of explanation, and cannot be trusted. Be very careful in any business dealings with her or her late husband’s business which she now manages.

Installed a new heat pump system in our home. Excellent job. cleaned up and even cleaned up from the past installation from another company what a great job they did. Will continue to do business with them.
