First of all marco is amazing! We had a problem with our plumbing, our main water line was in trouble or so JEA said…. Well they fixed the problem which was our toilet leaking (constantly running) they assessed the situation and fixed it within 45 minutes also fixed my hot water which wasn’t working since we moved in free of charge! What amazing customer service! Highly recommend

My 2 a/c units went out and I live in a story home and it was hot really hot and I called management company for my home that I’m leasing through 2 days before and no help so I called and complained again and I was told that a different vendor was order due to be expressing my daughter was having anxiety attacks and then it was an urgency now mind you upstairs read 97 degrees and downstairs 91. I was unable to put myself and children and a hotel room so we had to suffer but Mark (from Jacksonville) was our tech and he came out quickly and fixed everything in a matter of minutes and he was so apologetic that we felt bad for him because it wasn’t his fault. Mark is amazing!! We are truly thankful for him!!

I called three different companies this weekend to fix my AC and I call Air Doctor and the guy show up in 30 minutes explain everything and fix everything in less than 15 minutes I never use this company before but I'm very happy with his service and I've definitely I use him forever very fair price very quality work a responsible this is the best company I use ever! Thank you I don't have words how much I really appreciate it I have four kids in my house it's good and cool now in working great very blessing

They showed up promptly even though it was after hours and were very courteous. Mark fixed the problem with my A/C and did not leave until he was sure everything was in perfect working order. We will definitely use them again in the future.

First time ussing this services and was amazed came just in time clean work and a day after chrismas and did a great job other company before them and did a terriable service but this guys were super clean and had the tools for the work happy with them defenly the guys for the work very satisty with this service

Oh my gosh they were fast and efficient. Mark and Jimmy were the best! They were able to identify what was wrong with my a/c immediately plus they were on time. My A/C is fixed and I can now breathe easy. They were amazing!

The last person (another company) that was supposed to come out to work on our a/c was a no show 3 times. This company was contacted, and was able to come out immediately and showed up on time with everything ready to go. They diagnosed, showed me the issue, and repaired the issue within an hour, and showed me in detail all of the work that was performed. HIGHLY recommend!!

Mark and jimmy were very helpful. I had another company try to charge me $800 for something I didn't need. Mark fixed the issue I was having for half the price.
