Awesome that there are still companies like Moreno. We were out of town when our AC quit working but they made it easy. Got someone out in a timely manner. We were prepared to pay over the phone and were simply told I left a business card just send a check when you get back. You just don't find this type of customer service much these days. Great service and great honest communication and a fair price! Will definitely use them again when needed.

I guess i can start from the beginning.We were recommended to this company. From day one, Alberto showed professionalism, he was knowledgable, he didnt rush thru the appointment. We couldnt wait for him to install our new unit. Today 12/10/2020, he arrived on time with his co-worker (son) and those guys didnt stop until completion. The new thermostat is awesome. He explained everything to us in detail and again he wanted to make sure we understood everything. If we could give them a 10 stars we would. We HIGHLY recommend this company and will be our forever a/c company. Thank you Alberto & Michael!

We will not use anyone else. We were out of town when our air went on the fritz. We called and with the help of neighbors and Moreno Heating and Cooling we able to get the problem fixed without flying down from Michigan. Once again Moreno Heating and cooling comes in with the save and fixed my unit. Very professional and knowledgeable, they made sure I was up and running before they left my house. Amazing experience! A competitor tried to tell me my whole system was shot and needed a brand new AC unit. Alberto uncovered that the previous guy rigged the system Outside so that it wouldn’t turn on. They fixed it right up! Definitely a must in AC Repair if you want to deal with a company with integrity.

Moreno heating and cooling has come to the rescue more times than I can count. If you're looking for someone honest and dependable this is your guy. Not only will he get the job done, and done right, but it gets done the first time. So many times you get these guys that come and fix something only to have to call them back time after time. Give him a call you won't be disappointed.

Came home late in the day to an 80 degree house. Air conditioner had stopped working. Dog was in distress, not able to breath with heat and humidity. New to area so a friend recommended I called Mereno. Called after 5 and talked to Albert the owner. Made arrangements for him to come first thing next morning. Albert was prompt and extremely nice. Fixed the problem quickly and didn’t charge me for work. Highly recommend and will keep his card for any future problems.
