I called Collis and got an appointment the same day to fix my A/C. They came out and fixed it within 15 minutes. Very professional and helpful. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Today, they came out to determine why our system isn't cooling. I also mentioned a musty smell coming from the main room vents. Their technician quickly found the culprits to both issues. Explained clearly and fixed the problems with my approval after the quote.

As always, the technicians showed up on time after I received a text message with an arrival window. They were respectful and didn't waste time getting to work. The work was done in a timely manner, even with them having to go get a part that needed replacing. The proce quoted was honored. I will continue to call Collis when needed.
