I have Dealt with a lot of A/C shops in my 75 years and Stacy Steele is the best Air Condition Shop I’ve done business with, they are very professional and courteous people you’ve ever dealt with. They even came out on Sunday to fix my A/C .
I had a stop up drain and was draining water in my garage, he explain to me on the phone how to unstop the pipe. I could have easily came to my home and charged to unstop it, but was kind enough to tell me what to do.
It worked and saved me $$$ on a service call.

Called them, attended within the hour, and repaired. Couldn’t believe how excellent they were. very professional. All done under warranty which they advised when they installed. So pleased. Highly recommended

I called at 4:15pm because my AC wasn’t working when I got home; one phone call and I got a call back immediately and a service team there in 20minutes..... they made the repair, and coincidentally another part broke during the restart, and the team stayed and problem solved and fixed it in short order! The part was out of warranty so the Technician used incredible out of the box thinking that saved me a large amount of money! He could have just ordered the part, and fixed it the next day, but instead went out of his way and fixed it in the spot, so I didn’t lose AC all night! A true master of his craft! If you are looking for a company you can trust, don't look any further. They are the best. I have used them for years, actually never had to look for anyone else but they never cease to amaze me. I don't like to call them at the last minute & surely don't expect them to come quickly but I did today and as always, if they can, they will show up right away. Family owned and the nicest father and sons you can meet. They are so professional. If you call and leave a message, you can count on a call back as soon as possible and we all know that's rare these days. I am one satisfied and happy customer!

This company put in a new unit in our house almost 10 years ago. It works great, but there are always little things that go wrong. Last week (on a Saturday even) a cheerful Kevin came and put in a needed part and, voilá, our AC was back. Great company! Thanks!

I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars!!! I called on a SUNDAY when my AC stopped working - not only were they almost immediately responsive on returning my call, the repairman showed up at my house within 20 minutes of calling me back. He had us back up and running by putting a band-aid solution in place until he could get the parts needed for the permanent repair the next day. There was NO SURCHARGE for a Sunday visit - there was no attempt to upsell something we didn't need, there was fast, reliable solutions and professionalism! He returned the following day with the needed parts, and got us fixed! I am now a raving fan and am telling everyone about my experience! THANK YOU!!!

Having some issues with our air conditioning, I turned to Nextdoor for recommendations. I found Tracy D Steel Air Conditioning through my neighborhood Nextdoor community and the overwhelming positive comments. We made a phone call and they were able to get to us right away, identified the issue quickly and repaired it right away. I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge, as well as their ability to efficiently get the job done right away and for a very good price. Would definatley recommend them!

Pricing was competitive and/or below the 5 other companies we contacted. Our new air conditioning system was installed within the same week we made contact with Mr. Steele.

Been using Tracy D. Steele AC for years to do anual inspections of my ac. After buying my new house, I ofcourse called on them to do an inspection of the two large units. Unfortunately these were not in good shape and with total faith I have in these guys' word, I decided on-the-spot to have a whole new system installed. Daniel, as always polite and very approachable, had the work done as promised the very next morning. Just an honest and reliable company!

Spoke to Kevin about a thermostat replacement and he scheduled a convenient time for me to replace it. He came as scheduled and replaced it as agreed. Very polite individual and was able to answer any A/C related questions I had. Very fair price for the service and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend for any A/C related services.
