Their okay. I feel like they are over priced and communication needs to be more professional and consistent throughout the process. They also showed up 30 minutes late, but at least they showed up.

The technician come here, he was able to dignosis the problem with the air conditioning unit and made several preventive maintenance suggests to keep the unit running in top to top shape , I really recommend cool moon a/c for everybody, profesional service
