James happened to stop by our business when the a/c was down....perfect timing! He had the unit going again (needed a capacitor) within an hour. He seems to be very knowledgeable, honest, professional and very fair in his pricing. Highly recommended!

Came home to the guys already working in the garage on our AC handler. I have two little curious kids (3&5) and they were wonderful explaining to them what they were doing and even let them help for a few minutes. We also have a chocolate lab who was their shadow all day long while they were working and they were so friendly to her. Quality service but great family company values truly shine through.

These guys replaced my unit, service it every six months, and genuinely know what they are doing. I had my duct work sanitized and my "allergies" have almost disappeared.

James and his team have always been accommodating and taken care of any issues right away. He did several things over a 2 year timeframe to get as much longevity out of my 11 year old unit as possible. When it finally was time for a new unit, everything was reasonably priced and they were great cleaning up after themselves.

Just moved into a new house and needed someone to look over my unit to make sure everything was in order. James changed my air filters and gave me a 32-point tune up to keep everything running smoothy. It is an older system, but I know who I will be calling when it is time to be replaced!

Several of us are under annual contract to James for twice-yearly maintenance and any emergency repairs--have been for several years. James is knowledgeable, is smart not excessive in his recommendations, and was right there that day, over the weekend, when a friend's system shut down mid-summer. Recommended!
