This company replaced blower motor in my furnace this past summer while I was up north when I got hear inJanuary blower didn’t work on heat I called Adam came right out and took care of problem at no charge.He told the switch on the thermostat was in the wrong position it was not set for electric so after changing the motor I guess they never tested it. I was telling the person that I got this number from he said they did same thing to him sounds like it’s a common practice for them.

09/20/2017 This company installed a new unit in my home that I rent in 2009. It supposedly had a 10 year warranty. We believe the blower motor for the air handler went out. My landlord bought the part and shipped it to us. We called this company to have them check out the unit and if the above was the problem, to install the part. He was supposed to come over yesterday. He never came, called or answered our calls. We called again today and where told that the boss John didn't want to do the work because we had bought the part. Technically, the home owner bought the part but that's besides the point. The point is the 10 year warranty that is still in effect that is being ignored and the fact we sat here all day waiting for him while we had other things to do. I guess we and our time wasn't important to him. If they where not going to come for some lame reason, answer your phone or call us and tell us. We could have had someone else come over. Jerk.

If you need a repair, I guess call him. If you need replacement and maybe other work down the road, I'd call a more reputable company that would stand by their warranty. Because this yahoo has zero credibility and compassion. I can only hope Karma finds it way to him with a vengeance.

I highly recommend this company. Adam Barrett does amazing work! I would definitely be using him for anything HVAC related on multiple properties.
