I've never actually had the chance to hire Joe, but just talking to him over the phone has helped me out on multiple occasions. Hes a straight shooter with expertise and knows his stuff.

Joe went above and beyond to assist me. He was very professional and assisted me right away once they opened. He explained everything in a way I can understand and I do value and appreciate him for that.

some one answers the phone quickly, but is clueless, he will do the best to take advantage of the customer. put on a big show, with lots of delay. Called another company spoke with a real human, and they did a great job with a descent price. This company is a one man show business, takes all the calls but play games. Hard to trust and do business with.
