Oh my our ac went out off and on a week ago our windows have been painted shut no screens!
My husband called Matt and he got here the next afternoon he worked hard on the problem. Thank goodness he was a skilled person delivering quick and effective skills resolving the problem and explaining the necessary steps to prevent it again. We had good working unit good conductor good copaciter with full freeon. Our problem turned out to be maintenance issue there was a wild flowering plant growing nearing the older outdoor unit and dirt and loos wires. I am so grateful for Matt! Small Company - great results !
Our AC stopped working. We hired an AC company ARS to check. The representative came after the 4 hours window we had to wait, check the unit and advised : it is out of freon, there is a leak, in order to find the leak we need to make a freon check injection which will cost us $350 , the leak probably will be in the copper or in the coil , if it is in the copper the price to fix it will be $750, and if it is in the coil it will cost us $1200, and I assume we need to wait days without AC. Additionally we will need to pay $650 for the freon to fill the tank. We called Alan Carter the owner of C@C Services of Tampa , the Company who installed the unit 5 years ago, he acted immediately, the technician Tony came on time, check the unit, put immediately a harmless hydrogene injection , found the leak which was in the copper hose of the outside unit, fixed it immediately, put freon in the tank and we were good to go ! While working Tony explained in detail what he was doing. Tony was very professional, efficient, kind, full of knowledge and skills. We are positive that he is a real asset of this great Company. C & C Services of Tampa Inc save us a lot of money and time, they are very reliable, honest, efficient and customer caring, trying their best to accommodate us the customers, solving our issues completely and quickly , in the less expensive way. We trust them entirely, and highly recommend them for all AC needs - from the installation of a new AC unit to maintain and repair the existing one. They are our AC specialists. Cory and his guys were professional and on time. They gave us options and choices and were straight forward. We ended up going with another company as they were a little closer and a little cheaper. Would recommend C &C based on my dealings.

I was having an issue with the compressor. I contacted C&C and they promptly sent out a technician to identify the issue. They were able to fix the problem immediately, they were affordable and friendly.
