Florida Air Care

Having just purchased our Condo as a 2nd home, we are still very much learning who to utilize/trust based on the number of businesses out there. We were referred to FAC LLC by our contractor in the efforts to diagnose an issue with our air ducting. I called right away (From Georgia)and was greeted by a very professional/helpful young lady Crystal who I scheduled an appointment to have a tech troubleshoot this issue. It didn’t take long for a call back explaining results found with an emailed quote. We scheduled for repairs when we arrived 2 weeks later in Florida with a courtesy call confirming our appointment. The tech (Kelly) arrived on time with his arsenal of tools and supplies and began working on this 6hr+ project fabricating a whole new duct/plenum. Apologies for the long overview, however I can’t thank the afore mentioned enough for the communication/professionalism/craftsmanship they displayed. I will certainly be using this company moving forward and as we meet new people here in Fla, I will certainly be referring FAC LLC to them. Thank you again Crystal and Kelly for a great experience!!

7 Star - Service. 7 Star - Installation of my new Air Conditioner unit. 7 Star - No Hidden Charge Pricing.

To me Florida Air Care of Mr. James is a 7 Star Company, for the following
reasons.

a) He gave me Affordable Quote.
b) He never pushed me to decide fast , like others did.
c) His Workers did excellent job. ( See picture)
d) I am a Actual buyer and after my 7 days research - I am more than Happy to be life long customer of Florida Air Care .

We had an Central ac unit put in 7 yrs ago. Nothing but problems since over 7000.00 down the drain.We have had freon leaks, a relay switch break, the piping that was suppose to be replaced was left. The ducts that were installed have never worked properly . The dust that accumulates within two days has caused health issues. Now the unit has stooped working again . to fix the leak and replace all the bad parts will cost almost 3000.00 . The company DOES NOT REGISTER YOUR AC UNIT! Therefore you only get a five yr warranty NOT 10 like they quote you! Now we must have a new unit installed. NEVER EVER TRUST Florida Air Care! All piping was supposed to be REplaced with NEW piping. It was authorized! They DO not register for the 10 yr warranty! We never did business with them since 2016 since LIES and poor quality was all we received . They installed a vent in the door and said that air flow problem was solved. Seriously ! You have been warned about Florida air care .

I have used FL Air Care on a number of properties. Their pricing is good and on 1 memorable occasion the owner insisted on dismantling and reassembling an attic air handler just to turn it to maximize airflow. No extra cost to me whatsoever. You have to appreciate that level of professionalism. If you want a company that cares about doing a great job not just hitting the minimum threshold I strongly recommend you call them.

I highly recommend this company. James came out to give me a second opinion on my ac unit and assured me that nothing was wrong and it’s working fine. I was being scammed by another company that said I required an expensive repair. I canceled that contract and will now be with Florida Air Care. I really appreciate nice, honest businesses and James went out of his way to help me in this matter! Thanks again!
