A/C Outfitters

I had my A/C installed about 4 years ago. I have always had maintenance done. I called the office about and issue with A/C leaking. They sent there tech out. The tech called and said there was an issue warranty might cover it. Next thing I know the owner and 2 trucks pull up. The owner showed and trained his techs. They pulled my air handler out redid everything and fixed in less than an hour. Any owner that stands behind there warranty and trains the workers is someone I want to do business with.

I like to support local business. Purchased a new heat pump system 2 years ago and thermostat in master bedroom side of house still does not work.
When I started with A/C Outfitters several years ago the Owner made the service calls. For the last few years that never happened.
Should have been more persistent about the thermostat issue but allowed repair to never happen.
Have a new company contracted for bi-annual service. They rewired thermostat and heat will now turn off when it hits limit setting.
Found a few small problems with install including the wrong sized safety caps just sitting on freon and pressure testing valves. One fit out of three.

I recommend AC Outfitters without hesitation. They replaced my AC seven years ago and have serviced it on a regular basis since. The service techs are very knowledgeable and professional. They arrive on time and patiently answer any questions I may ask of them.

I have been using A/C Outfitters since 2014. They are honest, professional and give fair priced quote. There are so many A/C companies ripping folks off and finally I have one I can trust and know my A/C unit will be maintained nicely.

I had a lightning strike and my ac went out. A/C Outfitters sent Jeff out the next morning. He was very polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair. What I was most impressed with is he didn’t try to up sell me on a bunch of stuff I don’t need. The price was fair and reasonable. I will use them again.
