Up Draft Heating & Cooling

Up Draft Heating & Cooling was extremely refined in my experience with them. They were considerate and extensively answered all my questions and concerns. Their sales person are well-trained, polite and non pressuring. Work was done perfectly and expeditiously for a realistic price and good warranty.

John arrived early, assessed the situation, located problem, and went right to work on the leak. He fixed the leak, and while testing the repair, discovered that the drain pitch was off, and actually was going up hill in spots. Next, he re-hung the drain pipe, tested it again, and again until he was satisfied that the problem was resolved. Once satisfied that repair was good, he then proceeded to perform my semi annual inspection on my furnace and accessories. John is a great technician and I thank him for the quality service.
