We signed up for bi annual maintenance with them. Holly was very pleasant and was able to get us on their busy schedule fast. Tom came out to service our AC unit. Was very knowledgeable about his work and extremely friendly. If you have any problems with your AC or just need maintenance I would highly recommend them to anyone

We just moved into our new home and our upstairs hvac and AC unit were not cooling properly. We had a very old system that we knew wasn’t going to last long. I reached out to Nautical Cooling and they quickly got back to me. Holly in the office was very professional and friendly she called me to inform me that Tom the owner could be there the next day to fix the issue. Tom reached out to me on his way, he showed up on time, and he was very knowledgeable. He worked quickly and got my upstairs cooling again. As a new home owner, he shared lots of tips and tricks and things to look out for which I greatly appreciated! He told me what I already knew that the old system had to go, on his service call he also was able to write me an estimate for replacement in the future. Well a week later, our system failed us again and wasn’t cooling! I immediately reached out to Tom and he had a new upstairs hvac unit, outside unit, and thermostat installed the next day. He was honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I never once felt pressured to buy something I didn’t need. Tom talked me through every step of the process. I will be using Nautical Cooling for all of our hvac/AC needs including maintenance from here on out! I cannot give them enough stars to show my appreciation! Highly recommend!

I had an old system that went out on me on a very hot day. I called around and they beat every price. Holly was nice on the phone and helped me find a great pricing on a brand new system. Tom was my technician. He showed up on time and was very professional. The system was installed efficiently and he EVEN cleaned up his mess when he was finished . Definitely will call back for my maintenance when it’s time :)
