Wes and company rock.
This is the 3rd time I have used Sunshine and I've been very satisfied every time.
My air went out on the hottest day of the year and Sunshine had a tech out here in a couple of hours.
The tech had me up and cooling in no time ... At a great rate too.
Truth is, the tech could have told me I needed to replace the compressor and I would not have known any better.
A couple of parts and we're good to go.

They were professional and on-time. We had them install a new Trane system 4 years ago and it's worked great. They recently came out to perform a maintenance service and we will be getting new ductwork soon. I'll update once that job is complete.

Unfortunately this is a negative review regarding services from this vendor. Air conditioning unit was installed last year. Started having cooling issues so we had another company come out to inspect issue. The Dri-Cleaner refrigerant filter dryer air flow had been installed backwards. There were gaps around the ducts and the wall. So many other issues also. Even the unit itself wasn't what we thought we ordered. A3 ton versus a 3.5 ton. So many problems. And it's a straight cooled system not cool and heat.

We had a very good experience w/ Sunshine H & Air. Knowledgeable beyond most, priced right and honest. Staff turnover is almost non existent w/ most employees there over 7-10 years. That says a lot!! It's a comfortable feeling seeing the same faces when coming for an issue or just maintenance.

My husband, David, and I were very pleased with their service! They were quick at offering an appointment and were able to arrive even earlier than planned (they did text to make sure we were home). The issue was diagnosed very quickly and taken care of!

After 16 years, the inside unit died, and the outside unit had to be replaced for the 3rd time...
I looked for estimates (4 companies) and Sunshine Heating & Air was the runner up.
The price was the best for Trane equipments we chose. Bob was very helpful and provided us with options without pressuring us in any way.
Their estimate was 2% lower for the same services and exact same units (inside and outside - 15 SEER - V/S - be careful and consult Trane .pdf's online). But we did not go with them just because the price was about the same, and we had an account already open with Lowe's - we did not want to apply for another credit line with a local community bank.
But I would consider them - as for other unit combinations (not our choices), they had much better prices than the other companies, including Lowe's contractor.

I contacted Sunshine and they were out and had my repair done all within about 90 minutes from the time I called. i am very happy with their service. Donavan was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Ok so our AC stops blowing air. First technician comes out and it seems like he doesnt really know what he's doing. Ends up telling us we have to turn off the AC completely for a coil to defrost and theyll come back the next day. Next day comes and a new technician doesnt even know why he's there, so we have to re-explain what's going on and that they had us turn the AC off to let a coil defrost. This guy is actually competent and finds that we have a refridgerant leak, not only that but he finds the exact location which was great, only bad thing was since we are renting they had to send it to our management to get the repair approved. Fine enough. So another day comes, have the repair approved, and the FIRST technician we dealt with shows up and is completely unaware why he came!!! We told him about the leak and he just said "How am I supposed to fix that?". WHAT?! So he leaves being absolutely useless and incompetent, and we have to wait ANOTHER day to get the AC fixed. Note that it's summer and the inside of our place is at 92F!! Theyre supposed to send someone to ACTUALLY FIX IT tomorrow. So I guess we'll see how that goes. If you like being without AC for 4+ days due to this company, I highly recommend them.

A/C wasn’t blowing cold, had appointment and told me I needed a whole new a/c system to the tune of $6000-$8000 after barely looking at it. I got a second opinion. Turns out I only needed a $220 capacitor. That’s it! Buyer beware. What a scam.

1). Correct diagnosis (no add ons), 2). Honest and Fair pricing,
3). Prompt work that is well done! Sunshine Heating and Air met all three. Plus a nice owner. We are staying with them.
