I had a somewhat complicated problem that the technician handled successfully. I was very impressed with Gavin. He spent quite a bit of time educating me and it was very helpful.

Our home was repiped.
We feel that we got an excellent job done at a fair price.
The workmen were all professional, friendly, fast and clean.
The office personnel was friendly and very helpful.
We will definitely recomend Rainaldi Home Services.

We had a sewer backup in our house. Gavin at Rainaldi was at the house within an hour! Quickly cleared our main sewer line. Professional, friendly, outstanding service. I will call Gavin for all my future plumbing needs!

Our toilets were not draining as they should and we had nasty water coming up through our shower drains and gurgling noises. They came out within 2 hrs of calling and fixed the problem. A little pricey paid around $388 for them to clean our pipes on the roof but idk if that is average or not for payment. But they were responsive and the problem was fixed right away and we can now use our bathroom again!

THIS IS A DOUBLE REVIEW Eric did a fine job today, snaking through the vents on the roof to fix our problem. Kitchen sink gurgling and backing up. Thanks Eric a job well done!! Andre made repairs to a faucet for us. He was very friendly and professional and I would request him again for future service. We have used Rainaldi a few times for various plumbing needs and we always been satisfied.

Gavin was on time and able to clear toilet within a few minutes, with only having one bathroom that is all I need to say.

I paid 320$ for a faucet change when half the job was already done. This doesn’t include the material charge which came out close to 400 bucks total for the job . I think it’s a rip off big time . The work was good but the price was very high to me and I believe it’s not right .

Jesse and Sean were great! I'm very thankful for their help.
