It’s not even summer yet. Gemaire is short on people at counter , waiting time is unacceptable . That’s all. 50 min on hold , good luck to them , plenty of suppliers out there.
By far my FAVORITE location! Martin, Anthony & Bill are the absolute best and make every single interaction as easy on the consumers end as possible. Years of service and they're consistent with it. Deserve some recognition for sure ;)
As someone who is regularly ordering parts and equipment, I have to say that this store is the absolute worst one I have ever done business with. I can't count on both hands the amount of times they've forgotten to ship out orders or even process them properly. The warranty department is a mess and every time you call in to order a warranty part the employees try to tell you it isn't under warranty even though you just ordered a warranty part for the same unit a month ago. If you can get the parts or equipment else where, I would highly recommend it.
Nice store, nice people just SEVERELY understaffed, every time I, the dispatcher, have to place an order it takes tens of minutes. I hope they add desk positions and staff to handle their great customer base.
I have installed thousands of rheem units over the years and never had a problem with doing business with gemaire in Orlando . I have done business since 1974 as owner of my own company . The people at gemaire are like family and friends. .. and yes l think they are the greatest
Hope you don't call and expect to get any answers. Was on hold for over 50 minutes. Once the lady answered the phone she accidently hung up on me. I hope anyway!
I work for an A/C company in Orlando and have to call in for parts all the time. I usually get Greg, who is always a huge help. Everyone is always super friendly and very helpful :)
Since they move to the new location , communications via phone gone bad really bad , waiting time at more than 35 min. Or more , now customer service in place very professional ( Joselito )👍👍 (please fix the problem with your phone. ) thanks.
