Max came out on his day off to charge the ac system. He spotted the source of a slow leak right away, a leaking suction side refill schrader valve. After replacing the valve, he pressed up the evap coil side with nitrogen and soap bubble tested to ensure no other leaks, he then pulled a vacuum on the system to remove all moisture and recharged with refrigerant to OEM factory specs. Got me back in the Cool Zone! Very nice and knowledgeable, professional technician. Great service from a great company!

Called because my outside fan wouldn’t shut off - most likely a stuck contactor. Tech arrived on time and was efficient in changing it out. Call them if you want a reliable and knowledgeable AC company to assess your system.

I asked them to put freon on my AC but the technician said that's still full, and he said" " need to release it. " I don't know what that mean so because he's technician you put your trust on him. I paid the release service he did and you know what happened DON'T HAVE AC IN MY HOUSE!!! BETTER IF HE DIDN'T RELEASE IT, WHATEVER. MY HOUSE STILL COLD. SUFFERING NOW!!!

CALLED THEM THEY SAID NO TECHNICIAN AVAILABLE AND HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY!!! OMGOSH!!! with this weather 97 and 98 degrees outside with no AC... you're ... and I have condition!!! This is ridiculous!! DONT TRUST THIS GUYS!!!

I asked them AC maintenance and repair. The technician arrived on time and located the problem very quickly, which was good. But they were lacking communication skill and failed proper explanation of the repair cost, so I can only give them 1 star. I recommend to avoid this company.

Here is what happened.

The problem was AC thermostat died due to age. It was old mercury thermostat. He gave me an estimate and it was within my budget, so I gave go-sign to replace it.

After finishing a new thermostat installation, I noticed it was a used unit. It has dirt on it and yellowishly discolored. I asked why he didn't tell me it was going to be used unit.then he start talking my old thermostat was mercury type and this used unit would only fit, and replacing it with new thermostat would be much more expensive. He didn't give me breakdown of the repair bill or no further information.

I don't like such nonsense bullsh*t explonation and unclear bill. All the thermostats are virtually universal from long time ago. He should have asked me it it was OK to replace with a used unit, and cost differences, but didn't give me no further explanation but the final bill.

I'm very upset and wouldn't call them again, and you really should avoid them, too.

I had one of their technicians nearly hit me with their service truck. When I called their office to speak with someone they showed no interest in what happened. I explained the situation and said good bye and the phone call was over as quick as it began. If they care this little about the conduct of the people who represent them out in the field and the office staff is just as rude, is this really a company you want to do business with?

Made an appointment for them to come, receive confirmation 30 minutes prior to appointment they were on their way, no one ever showed. One call to follow up with the tech was was told no one knew anything about the appointment then told they don't cover my area. At the multiple emails and texts confirming everything very confused as to why they would treat me as such. Pictures added showing contact.
