Aloha Air, lead by Jeren, worked on my residential AC systems several times. They relocated two condensers outside when I first bought the house. Since then, they performed necessary repairs in the attic to the AC drain and the dehumidifier. They take their job seriously and are persistent in getting the equipment the optimal state of operation. I highly recommend them.

When my AC stopped working on a Friday in mid-August, Aloha Air was there the same day to check it out. They determined I needed a new system and explained several options for a new unit with different price ranges, all of which were reasonable. Then before they left that day, they were able to keep my old unit going over the weekend so I could stay in my house with my kitties until they could put in my new unit on Monday.

Then that Monday they installed my new unit in less than a day and made sure I understood how to work the new smart thermostat before they left. A month or so later and my new unit is working great and has greatly reduced my electric bill.

Having my AC break down at the height of summer could've been really stressful, but thanks to Aloha Air, replacing it was no trouble at all.

Jeren and his team did a great job installing my new AC Unit. They were courteous and very professional! Will use in the future.

Jeren showed up when he said he would. He replaced furnace and plywood. He was very professional and efficient. His estimate was timely and 25% less then 2 other estimates. I had recommended him before and that client was more then satisfied. I have no hesitation for using again or recommending. Aloha Air really helped us out. Our A/C was leaking and Aloha Air made time to come out the day we called and refused to leave until the issue was repaired and fully functioning properly. We have a unique A/C system making it difficult to fine a repitable company with the knowledge and desire to take on the job. Aloha Air stepped up and they clearly knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend this company.

Jeren is a young, small business owner who has steadily built a loyal following by providing price points that the high overhead companies cannot provide. Yet, he can do everything the big boys do. I found him through a personal reference and so far all has been excellent.
