Was sent to all week heating and cooling through my home warranty company. at first they were great. wonderful customer service and got me set up for a same-day appt. Then no one showed up. I called later that day and was told "oh! i was JUST about to call you" and set up an appointment for the following day. still no one showed up. I've been calling since then and no one has answered the phone or returned my voicemail. I just logged into my home warranty program which shows that the AC company told them that HOMEOWNER CANCELLED the request. WHAT?!
UPDATE: Josh from All Week called genuinely looking to help. I'm sure it isn't easy for these companies to work through the home warranty organizations.
I recently purchased a home the home warranty came with the purchase of my home I had to make a claim on my AC handler. My home warranty contacted all week cooling and heating. Technician came down and explain to me the blower was broken and the air handler needs to be cleaned and told me up front it would be almost $1,800 they never contacted the Home warranty company first they wanted my money!! instead of getting a yes or no from the home warranty so I proceeded to agree. The technician started working I called the home warranty and they told me I was covered so I told the technician stop what you're doing call your boss Josh Estrada he called the boss the boss said well we won't get back to you in 3 to 5 days so you're not going to have AC so they left the job they took the freon out of my unit and never replaced it on top of that.The technician I told him to finish inside my house and to go back outside and put the freon back in technician never replaced Freon cost me $165 per pound to replace freon. he left my front door open which my dog ended up down the block in someone else's house and I came back and told him very loudly why did you leave my front door open he looked at me and said I thought you let the dog out so from then on everything went bad the whole point of this is they took it upon themselves to charge me first without going through the warranty company I will never use this company again nor should so please if anyone had a similar experience with all we cooling and heating please report it to the if anyone had a similar experience please call the better Business bureauBBB else use
This Company came through when we needed them the most! Communication was on point! Always kept us up to date with Everything! Very knowledgeable, Friendly and Skilled! Would Most Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for A/C work or repair! Thank you so much guys!! You Rock!!
I called my warranty company for AC needing repair and was given this company. Less than 12 hours later, they called and we were told they could work us in ...Fast response time, & Josh the tech was polite and professional. Maintenance was quick and worth the money.
Found Josh and his people on internet at 11pm on a Sunday night after my A/C froze and being without A/C for two days. Josh and his team was out first thing Monday Morning and had it fixed that afternoon and at a very good price. I believe Josh and his crew are top notch and would definitely recommend his services in future.
Josh and his team were great. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Would recommend him to anyone that needs service or replacement or repairs. Great guy. He is now the only one will would have in our home for our unit.Thanks again Josh and Kevin.

I called Josh last night because my A/C had no power and came out the very next day and fixed everything!! I suggest getting a service contract to get your A/C checked twice year!! Thanks Josh..

He was very professional and informative. He also provided different options and pricing never pushing or trying to make a sale. I will be using this company for all my AC needs going forward. Had an after hours call. Unit and handler were working but not cooling. Within a few hours, the problem was solved. Needed refrigerant. Did maintenance as part of the service with new filter and drain cleaning. Very impressed with the professionalism and timeliness of this repair. Reasonable pricing too.
