Master Mechanical Services has always been reliable and fair, their technicians are knowledgeable and trustworthy to have in your home. It’s a no brainer when either we need AC work or friends/family do we always use and recommend them.

I called Master Mechnical with a broken AC unit on Saturday morning at 10am and they came to repair the unit at 1pm. I am very please with the service and highly recommend them for any issue you are having. Fast and RELIABLE.

Our church AC went out. It's always inconvenient when that happens, especially when there are hundreds of people depending on it in Miami in the middle of the summer. Master Mechanical was timely, helpful, and professional. Very thankful for them.

Terrible company. When you call them you can hear in the background how terrible they speak to their employees, that type of abuse is unacceptable. I had to ask the employee on the phone if they were okay because the words they said upset me personally so I can only imagine how they felt. That right there made me cancel my appointment and any future work I may need.

I received prompt and very professional service within minutes of placing the call for service. My a/c was fixed within hours and it was all done during the COVID-19 crisis. Both technicians showed up at my house wearing protective gear and were very careful while they were here. I would highly recommend Master Mechanical to any of my friends.

I cannot say enough about Master Mechanical Services. I was having issues with my air conditioner and from receiving my call to the two air conditioning techs whom came to my home to resolve the issue, was a positive experience. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone with air conditioner problems. They are the very best!

We use Master mechanical services for all my A/C needs. I've used them twice, they continue to impress us. We worked with Sean P. today and I truly think he's a lifesaver. I've had so many things going wrong with the our new store and I told Sean we really need a cost-effective way to achieve our cooling goal. Had an emergency over the weekend and John Barrios was extremely responsive. Resolved the problem quickly and in a courteous fashion. Very satisfied costumer - would definitely recommend.

Very bad service from this company, came out to fix same issue 4 times, now telling me coil is dirty and reason for breakdowns, they came out 4 times in 1 1/2 months, and could not determine dirty coil 1st time.
now $1000 was spent on same issue. don't use this company they will rip you off .
