Great service, professional and right on time! This is my new hvac service company.

The technicians were pleasant and polite. They had to work in tight conditions due to the location of our unit, and never complained.

We recommend Cool by Design. Cory was knowledgeable. Acknowledged our initial call quickly. Came when he said he would. Identified the problem quickly. They saved the day! Woke up and my house was 78 degrees. Called in and Corey fit me into his schedule same day. Very professional and on time. Best part is that he had the parts in his truck and fixed the AC unit same day! Very thankful that they were on time and solved my problem as there was no way I’d be able to sleep in an 80+ degree house!

Corey gave me a few pointers on keeping my AC system in best condition and will also be giving me a quote for a mini split system for my garage.

His crew was neat, efficient, cleaned up their work area better than it was when they started, and these guys really knew their stuff. They explained all the operations and how to work everything in detail to both myself and my mother.

I'm very happy to have been recommended Cool By Design. We were in a bind and needed our AC handler reinstalled after some renovations before the weekend started. Corey got his team out on very short notice and they did a fantastic job. Their prices are very fair as well. Our regular AC company wasn't available on short notice so we took a chance on Cool By Design, but I think we'll be switching to Cool By Design for our future AC needs.
