Brad and Carrie went above and beyond trying to help us troubleshoot. We just didn't feel comfortable enough and would rather leave it up to the experts! Glad we did. One of our pipes had broken off outside and needed to be replaced and the clogged drain is now clear and free of standing water-yuck! Brad was on time, knowledgeable, efficient and humorous! Gotta love an educator discount too!

Owners Brad and Carrie provided excellent customer service from the moment I reached out with an inquiry with what was going on with our AC, to getting us a quick appt, arriving on time, troubleshooting and explaining everything throughout the process to then providing an easy way to be contacted for any needed follow-up services or questions. My family member who met Brad at the door and out to the unit speaks limited English and Brad flowed right through the language barrier while being kind and thorough, while working to get the problem taken care of! Great communication!! I was notified when the technician was on his way and his ETA. When the job was done I instantly received an invoice. Brad was knowledgable about my specific AC system.
