Florida Cool Tech provided amazing service! Very professional and thorough! They installed new ducts in my home and it alleviated my allergies significantly!!! AC is working amazingly now. I called Florida Cool Tech Miami after a not so pleasant experience with a previous AC company with whom I had paid for the AC repair a significant amount of money with the belief that the ac in my house was going to function properly, but it didn’t .

First I met tommy through a problem I had with my ac and every other Company wasn't able to fix it. But tommy came and fixed it right away. Then I had to change my unit because it was to old and they came out and changed the unit at a great price. I'm truly grateful for florida cool tech! This company is truly amazing and safe to recommend to anyone. I have used them a few times and I am never disappointed or dissatisfied. They have great prices and all the technicians are amable professionals and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. What I love the most is their honesty. The A/C unit that broke down is very old, in all honesty I was expecting the worst, to my surprise and satisfaction it was just a simple fix. The technician knew exactly what it was just by listening to the sound that the A/C unit was making which was very surprising. I have worked with other companies in the past and none of them have been as great as this company!

I have been having issues with my AC unit since I moved into my new home. I bought pre-construction and the devleoper has made getting anything fixed impossible. They respond to emails with no type of care. It turns out that they had originally installed the units incorrectly and were dragging their feet. I called and spoke to Manny. He couldn't have been nicer and more willing to help. He immediately found the issue and sent his crew out to fix it. His crew was very clean, organized and professional. It's hard to find honest people in the world and even harder in Miami. But please hear me when I tell you that I found one here. Manny will not try to upsell you or gouge you. He will charge and honest fee for honest work. I will only use Manny and his team for any of my AC needs and recommend him to everyone. Call them without fear. You are in good hands.
