I contacted to get our winter furnace upkeep completed and was impressed from the start. Since it wasn't an emergency, my appointment took a few weeks. The day prior to the appointment I rec'd a reminder call and on the morning of the appointment the TECH (Miguel) called to let me know he was on the way. Miguel was here promptly at the scheduled time and was courteous and thorough in completing the job.
