AC Fast Solutions

These guys are terrible. They charged us 4000 dollars to install a piece of junk that breaks down every few months then it's like pulling teeth to get them to come out.

Their website says BBB accredited, They are not (look it up)
Their website says ”satisfaction guaranteed" which they do not honor.

I have contacted a lawyer and am planning on sueing the ever living daylights out of them for their false advertisment and undelivered promises.

These guys are amazing! My AC broke on Friday before Labor Day. I called the original company that installed my AC and they said they could send someone the Tuesday after the holiday. A friend of mine had a similar emergency that Saturday and she called AC Fast Solutions; they were at her house within 2 hours of being called. I called ACFS not expecting to get an appointment soon but they were at my place that same Saturday afternoon. Their service was fast, they found the problem right away. The team was very professional and supportive. So glad I called them!

Contacted Humberto from what the receipt says is the Lee and Collier office..Very fast to respond. came to house worked through the financing and very quick to install. Now 8 months later completely new unit isn't blowing cold...Been 3 days trying to get ahold of someone. Humberto quick to hand out numbers that no one answers or calls back from...I suggest you buy from a local shop[ that you can actually see and visit the office. Update. Once I got ahold of the office they came out immediately and repaired things. Very pleased with the office. Mistake could have been I went through the salesman for 2 days with nothing but bad numbers. Office did fix the issue immediately

Excellent service at a very good price! They installed a brand new unit in just a few hours. They give you 10 years warranty, which is great. The technician was very professional and nice. I highly recommend this guys.

It is very sad having to write this negative review but after spending much time trying to resolve an issue, our patience has run out. My mom had a good start but this company is very quick at jumping at the opportunity of getting some business. They will promptly provide proposals and even getting the work done. However, after installation and payment in full, my mom realized that the unit they installed is a lower quality than the one she was quoted and later charged for. She has made several attempts to get a solution but they keep giving her the run around. I tried to call myself and Jorge gave me the same answer my mom has been getting, "someone will call you back when they have time" and yet, after weeks, no call back. Supervisors apparently are never available. They may at first seem like the best financial option but make sure you are getting what you are being charged.

My in-laws used this service for their home a few minutes ago. The technician Lizardo was very knowledgeable and profession with assessing the problem and fixing it. He also gave them pointers and directed then who to contact to get a rebate program that could be used to help them lower their electrical bill. The pricing was also good for the service rendered. They recommend everyone to use this service.

It was an excellent service and well performance. I remove my OLD Ac unit from 1095 that was located on one side of the house on the top of the wall!! So happy with the result and 100% recommended!!

I called AC Fast Solutions for my business in Boca yesterday Monday 8/26 my business was 89 degrees the AC would not come on...The tech came before I open and within 30 minutes all was working I did not have to endure the Heat!!! Thank you AC Fast for great service and prices.. Highly Recommend them.

I called this company to come check my thermostat that stopped working, they had installed the new unit and thermostat, 2 years ago
The representative told me that a technician would come to review and that there would be no charge for the review.
But when the technician changed a small thermostat wire, it started working properly.
The technician told me that he would charge $ 90 for the small service of connecting a small cable to the appropriate place in the thermostat. Oviamiante I said NO, that that was a robbery, then I called his supervisor and told him the situation, so the supervisor lowered the price to $ 60 dollars but still it was still too much for just placing a cable.
I understand that I had to pay for the service, something reasonable, but they charged me as if they had made a tune-up to the AC unit.
It was a complete robbery, but I paid because I didn't want to have to reach a situation that I could have regretted later because I was very upset.
This company is a scam and I just want to prevent anyone thinking of hiring their services, hiring another company, because these are thieves.
and I give a star because I can't give zero.

Le llame a esta compania para que viniera a revisar mi termostato que dejo de funcionar , ellos habian instalado la unidad y el termostato nuevos 2 anos atras
me dijo el representante que vendria un tecnico a revisar y que no habria ningun cargo por la revision .
Pero cuando el tecnico cambio un pequeno cable del termostato , este empezo a funcionar apropiadamente .
El tecnico me dijo que cobraria $ 90 dll por el pequeno servicio de conectar un pequeno cable en el lugar apropiado del termostato. Oviamiante le dije que NO, que eso era un robo , despues llamo a su supervisor y le comento la situacion , por lo que el supervisor rebajo el precio a $ 60 dlls pero aun asi seguia siendo demasiado por solo colocar un cable .
Entiendo que habia que pagar por el servicio , algo razonable , pero me cobraron como si hubieran echo un tune-up a la unidad de AC.
Fue un completo robo , pero pague porque no queria tener que llegar a una situacion de la que me pudiera haber arrepentido despues pues estaba muy molesto .
Esta compania es una estafa y solo quiero prevenir a cualquiera que piense contratar los servicios de ellos , que contrate a otra compia , porque estos son unos ladrones .
y doy una estrella porque no puedo dar cero .
