Our technician was James who was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He diagnosed our problem with the thermostat controller in a matter of a few minutes. We highly recommend.

DO NOT CALL THEM!!! The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called at 9am and was guaranteed that the technician would be at my office by noon since I have 15 employees working and I need AC. I called at 11am to see where I was at with install and was told they were finishing up appt and they would be here by noon. No one showed!!! I called at 12:30 and was told that my appt was between noon and 2:00, I was extremely upset and asked the rep to let me know exactly when they were coming so I could tell my employees when they would stop sweating, and the man on the phone told me they werent coming, find another company. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY
