They are a great company. Loved the fact they werent to pricey. And the guy keith did an awesome job with going and getting the parts needed and stayed till the job was done . He stayed til 9 or 10 o'clock at night. And the did a great job getting our air back on. Most companies wont do that. Happy customer.

Ahmed from Mechanical came by today to do our regular 6 month maintenance on our AC/Heating system. He was so professional and knowledgeable. Although our home was only a year 1/2 old he discovered a potential problem that would have cost us a lot of time & money. It's so refreshing to have someone that really cares about the customer..

Was charged $900.00 to clean out a/c unit. Tech said it would take better part of a day, 6 hours+. Took 2 hours no parts. After several unreturned messages I finally got Jason on the phone. I expressed my dissatisfaction for being grossly overcharged. told me he would look into it and get back to me. Never heard back! Left a message for Norm the owner to please call , never heard back from him either. Ironic for a company that prides itself as being a family owned business, customer satisfaction first priority.

After purchasing 2 brand new Air Handlers and 2 brand new Condensers, with 10 year Parts and 10 year labor warranty, from Mechanical Air Conditioning Co, they refused to return to check or repair my AC unit when it stopped cooling this week. I do not recommend purchasing an air conditioner from Mechanical Air-conditioning company

I have used Mech Air for 6 years and they have always been great. I did have 1 issue last year with 1 of their service men ( who I understand was fired). He tried to sell me some unnecessary ultraviolet light and other device for some tiny alleged mold issue. I later learned this was likely a scam which he was using on many others. Today I had Ahmad service my house for about the third time. Ahmad is the nicest, most competent, instructive and honest service person I have ever had in my house. He showed me how to vacuum the AC water line 1X/month to help combat the line getting clogged which can shut off the AC. This has happened to me often in my 6 year old home and is not something caused or which can be totally prevented by Mechanical Air. The problem is caused by natural bacteria nd growth that occurs in the hose line. Ahmad also pointed out that my air filters were the wrong size and provided me with those of the correct size. Id recommend asking for Ahmad but I don't want him to be so busy that he's unavailable to me. Only kidding Ahmad is a good, good man.

We've been using Mechanical A/C for years. We just had them replace our 15-year-old unit. While it was more expensive than we expected, it was inline with the pricing I found on the internet. We got a top performing unit and our FPL bill is already reflecting a bill that's $150 less than what we were paying last month. Leo, the vice president called me personally over the weekend to work with me on the new unit. Highly recommend them!

Worst Company ever, Since getting my ac with this company I have had several issues. The supervisor Jason never returns your calls. I leave messages with the receptionist that answer the phones for someone to call me back , no one calls me back I have to call them back to get answers some lame excuse. They installed a new carrier ac system in my home 2 months later the unit outside is making noise they came out and confirm something is wrong with the compressor. but its now 3 months later and nothing has been done. I never had this issue with my last AC company CMI. I Tried to save a few dollars by using Mechanical and it has been the worst mistake I have ever made. Called today and was told Jason has been sick since I called and left a message 2weeks ago and that's why he has not retuned my call the receptionist ( Amanda) tells me. When I ask to speak to someone over Jason I am told he is the service manager and that he handles everything and there is no one else over him to speak with. I am very frustrated and disappointed with this company.

Mechanical Air put in the original unit when my house was built, 26 years ago. I have continued to use them and have always been satisfied with the products and service they provide. With their yearly maintenance plan, I never experience any downtime, because the unit is checked regularly.

Came home from vacation to no air! The guys from Mechanical Air were there quickly. They worked all day on a tough install to replace my old unit. They were respectful and kept me informed every step of the way. They said they wouldn't leave until I had cold air and that's what they did! Can't recommend them enough!

Worst company to deal with. Jason will only communicate about problems via email and then doesn’t seem to care or try to resolve problems . Owner doesn’t answer or return my calls. I see he responds when there is a negative review or very positive one.
Basically they are refusIng to fill out a FPL claim form that verifies they fixed a damage to my air conditioner that they determined was caused by an electrical surge.
I have a surge protection plan through FPL that I pay for monthly. If my air conditioner is damaged by an electrical surge, they will reimburse me for repairs. . I cannot get reimbursed my $266 repair cost because of thIs company’s Refusal to fill out a simple 5 minute form.
FPL was shocked. They said that they rarely encounter this kind of lack of cooperation by other HVAC companies that routinely deal with this issue. . Jason explained they aren’t electricians and can’t do it. I explained that an electrician isn’t a requirement by FPL to fill out this claim form. Just the company that determined the problem and fixed it is needed. The office manager repeated that company policy Doesn’t allow them to complete the form, but when pressed didn’t know why. She insisted their invoice should be sufficient for FPL. IT IS NOT!! That’s why they have the forms.
Despite what the owner writes about being service oriented and listening to customers, it is a bunch of BS. My unit is less than 3 years old, installed by them and maintained by them with a service contract since installation and this is how I am treated. Absurd.
