I just called to get quotes, but Jose was very professional and gave a good/simple advice that most HVAC tech would probably charge. This HVAC tech seems very honest!

This was our second time using this company. Jose came out to our home within a couple of hours from our call, and resolved the issue immediately. I highly recommend this company and my husband and I will be customers for life! Excellent service and reasonable pricing.

Appointment for estimate was scheduled within 2 days from my call and Jose arrived before time and was very professional and knowledgeable. Installation was done 3 days after. Courteous staff who communicated effectively by phone and text. Job was well done and i am more than satisfied.

I searched and called several other AC companies in the area. J & J was the most knowledgeable, professional, and provided accurate and fair prices. There are other decent companies around but J & J was by far the best. They provided great advice, installed a complete AC system in a very quick turn around time, they went above and beyond with the installation, and everything works perfectly. I have never even met Jose, since everything was done over the phone and I was not able to inspect everything until after installation. You’re crazy not to use J & J to get professional, knowledge, and honest AC services.

The technician did a thorough job of removing the compressor housing and cleaning it, checking the freon levels, capacitors, replacing the filters (I already had them) and inspecting the evaporators. I clean my drain lines so that was not needed. My upstairs unit is 12+ years old and running low on freon, but he was unable to recharge it because of the older freon type needed. This was not true 2 years ago, but it does not surprise me.

I always trust J&J for AC service. They do excellent work and are very professional. I recommend them
