Well, Sherry asked me to write a review because at Taylor’s, they treat you like family. Would your family treat you this way? I’ll let you be the judge of that. My family hired Taylor’s AC to do a complete overhaul on our AC system. On the day they came out to install the new unit and remove/replace the old duct work, my husband received a frantic call from the installer several hours later. He explained to my husband that the ducts he was tearing out of our attic (for hours mind you), had asbestos around them. So…. Instead of STOPPING when he first saw the asbestos, he continued ripping out the ducts while the asbestos was spreading everywhere in our attic. We were kicked out of our house that afternoon worrying that the asbestos got into our home. Sherry called us and instead of apologizing for the installer’s carelessness, she asked for our credit card for the deposit of the AC equipment. It has been months and we have only been able to speak with Sherry and Tammy twice, they blamed the asbestos on the home inspector and basically refused to take any sort of accountability for any of the damage (apparently her installer didn’t know it was asbestos… seems odd for a HVAC guy). Fortunately, the asbestos wasn’t in the house, but we were still left with a 13k abatement bill and still no returned communication or accountability from Taylor. When asked for their insurance information, it took them almost a month to get back to us and only with the name of their insurer. It was not shocking to us to see that they carried no liability insurance at all. We notified them of this and have yet to receive a response back. I have never dealt with such a cold and uncompassionate company who not only takes no responsibility for their mistakes, but also couldn’t careless if their installer’s negligence made a family homeless for weeks. Let our story be a cautionary tale to you….PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They replaced our HVAC sytem in 2004 and again today. Serviced it twice yearly. Lasted 8 years beyond warranty. Had to deal with rain and an incorrect sized air handler shipped from a vendor +
torential FL rains this afternoon during the install. Still finished in 1 day. Kudos to Jason and crew and to Sherry for managing the air handler incorrect delivery and quickly finding the right sized replacement. Can't say enuf good things about this very people-oriented business.

Came out. Service cost and used stuff to check for leaks but should have removed top of unit first. Compressor had blown up. Was here 30 minutes and 624 00 later. Felt like is was a reach around and kid said to fix 3k. Would not recommend your company to anyone! You there to RIP people off in these hard times. Shame on you.

Started with a no show, but was able to get 2nd tech out in an hour. The tech was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helped unclog the water overflow line. I recommend their technicians!! That's why it gets 4 stars.

Taylor's Heating & Air is FANTASTIC. From Tammy, to Sherry, to Dana. You cant go wrong! They are responsive, courteous, professional and definitely treat me like family. They installed my AC, maintain my AC and do everything they can to make me comfortable. They have gone out of there way to keep me satisfied and a happy customer. I will never go any place else. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend-10 Stars.

Yesterday late in the evening I lost my air-conditioning. The temperatures were in the upper 90s and because it was late, I decided to wait until this morning
at 8 AM to call your office. It had been several years since your company had installed a complete AC & Heating system for my home.
When I called this morning I was pleasantly connected with Jaime,
and after locating & updating my file, Jaime reviewed my concerns.
Jaime was polite, respectful and eager to help.
I know that this time of the year is very busy for air-conditioning installers and service companies, however Jamie carefully listened and after a few minutes said let me see what I can do. I honestly expected the person on the other end of the phone to tell me, “I’m very sorry but we’re so busy with service calls,
we probably won’t be able to get to you today.”
Thankfully, that was not the case.
Jamie acted with genuine care and concern to try to resolve my problem as soon as possible. She said, let me see who I have in your area I will get them over there as soon as possible. Again, I expected to wait several hours with the temperature rising inside the house to 90°.
At 12:40, Jason appeared at the door and said, if you can tell me where the unit is located and I’ll let you know what it looks like. Shortly thereafter, Jason told me it was a capacitor and he’ll have it working in a few minutes. By 1:15 Jason removed the old part, installed the new part and said you should start to feel it cooling in a few minutes. Jason also told me that the part was covered by my warranty, and I only had to pay for the service charge.
How could I ask for anything more ?
To say I was thrilled with your service, is an understatement !!!
I would highly recommend Taylor’s Heating & Air Conditioning service to anyone.

I have used them in the past, and I was happy with the service at the time. I would have rated them at 5 stars back then.
I called them on 08-03-21, I was told that they might be able to get to me on the same day, or maybe in the morning. My phone call was answered right away, around noon time.
It is now the afternoon of the following day. My first call to them went unanswered, the following calls ring once and go to voice mail.
Someone should have called me yesterday, letting me know that they would get to me today. Not answering the phone and sending me to voice mail suggests that they are not interested in my business.

Taylor Heating and Air installed a Carrier AC unit for us in August of 2016, we had issues within 6 months and it took them almost a month to come out since the parts and labor were covered under warranty. When they came out to repair the unit, we reminded them the duct in our bedroom had not been finished properly they said we still had 60 days left on our parts and labor warranty, not only could we not get them out to repair the installation issue they dodged our phone calls for 2 months. Now at just at 2 years old we woke up to 85 degrees and the unit short cycling. We are good about keeping up with our maintenance, filters, vinegar/bleach rinsing the drain line, etc.. . We called to advise Taylor of the issue and they stated we would have to pay $105 for the technician to come out and tell us what was wrong, I asked if a repair was necessary if the $105 would go towards the repair they said no, any repair would be additional money. I was forced to call around and find another Carrier Dealer to honor my warranty and agree that the trip charge would of course go towards any repair. Thank God for other Carrier Dealers who actually had concern for our issues. I strongly recommend you skip over the name Taylor's Heating and Air Conditioning as the work the do is substandard and they do not stand behind it.

I have used Taylor's for the past thirty years in my Law Office, my home and rental properties. I have always found them to be VERY responsive, prompt and competitive. In fact, last month, my ancient system, (which Taylor's had kept running for YEARS beyond its useful life), finally bit the dust, and Taylor's had a new system installed within 24 hours of my call. In August, that is a welcomed response, AND their prices were great!!
I would not hesitate to recommend Taylor's to any of my Family, Friends, Colleagues, or Clients.
