Shawn leads a team of great professionals. Several of his team take great care of the 9 AC units on my self storage property. They also handle our company's 5 other local properties.

One Touch provided me with great service! They installed the AC unit 12 years ago. I recently had a problem with it and Shawn responded the same day and resolved it. They are my "go to" for any AC issues.

The technician (Jon) was really knowledgeable & helpful for the services needed for the property. It means a great deal to have a honest person go over & above to explain each & every service needed.

So my name is actually Tammy but I called these guys on Thursday morning only to find out that my AC needed a new compressor. It was about 3:30pm when he was done so we ordered the part and Friday morning Shawn showed up with the part and put it on.
After which he discovered the reason the compressor was damaged (another faulty part) which increased my cost.
He went and picked up the part put it in and only charges me for the part’s cost.
Does a great job, friendly, courteous, professional and the best prices in town.
...and I’m not easy to please 😉

After not being able to fix my AC the first night with a temperature of 88 degrees and a 2 year old in the house, they failed to correct the issue the following night because the temperature had dropped to 80 because it had rained that day and it was no longer an "emergency". The man I spoke with (Bill, I believe) was only concerned with making himself not sound incompetent as opposed to actually resolving the issue. THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE COMING OUT OF POCKET!!! I am so pissed that this is the service my leasing agency chose as their go to option, especially when he said there are techs but he doesn't want to send them out because "it's not hot enough".
