I replaced my AC unit thru the Costco rebate program.
My first experience with this Costco rebate program was not good. But Mic from One Stop, corrected out everything and now I'm really satisfied with One Stop's service. Mic from the management, he was so customer service oriented and he knew what needs to be done for the customer. Richie, he was a good/honest guy and he knew what needs to be done to finish the job and which way he can satisfy the customers. Mark and Hasan came out three times to install the AC unit into my house. First time they brought the wrong unit but it was not their fault. The second and third visit, they worked really hard just like working for their own home. Mark, he always took off his shoes when entered the house to keep the house clean even i didn't request it. Hasan he pulled out the entire bush instead of cutting the branches to place the outside AC unit, and he placed it back after his job. It was extra effort for him to install the unit.
Again, first time, I was disappointed a little about One Stop's service. But after working with Mic and Richie, they changed my mind and they really worked hard for the customer satisfaction.
By the way, I had a 13 seer 5 ton carrier 14 years old system with gas furnace and replaced with 20 seer 5 ton Lennox system which has a wonderful remote temperature controllable 7" screen, so quiet inside outside, saving lots of energy. Also getting the TECO and JEA rebates.
I like this Lennox system a lot. Based on the research, it seems like I can save lots of electric cost by upgrading 13 SEER to 20 SEER.
One more thing that I like One Stop's offering is, they provide 2 year maintenance service (I think the cost is already included in total cost) and I don't need to worry about at least two years.
It was a great experience doing business with Mic, Richie, Mark and Hasan. I sincerely thank you One Stop's effort to satisfy me and I upgrade my rating to 5 Stars!!! Mic, Richie, Mark and Hasan, they are the shining Stars at One Stop!!!

One Stop Cooling installed both of my units at my home. The salesman, Richard was very easy to work with and responsive during the purchasing process. The two technicians that installed the unit, Danny and Adriel, were the most professional and hard working contractors I have encountered in long time. These guys were extremely polite, very mindful, and a pleasure to have around. They worked well beyond the time I have seen anyone work in order to get the unit installed and took a great deal of pride in their work. I really hope the company recognizes the quality of these two technicians they have in staff and rewards them accordingly. I highly recommend One Stop Cooling.

One Stop just installed a complete new system in my house. From the initial estimate to the installation everything was awesome. The installer was Keith and he couldn’t have been any nicer or more professional. Swept up as he finished and everything looks like it did prior to his arrival. The installation looks light years better than the previous system.

Richard assessed our home and included 4 new cold air returns with the new heat pump technology to be installed, also handled 0% interest loan financing in same visit, and checked with me throughout the process to be sure I am happy. Installers Danny, George and Adriel were dedicated, hard working, and very pleasant to have around during installation, staying til 7:30 pm to be sure we would have heat and understanding of the new thermostat. Very pleased with the new system in the 2 weeks it has been operating - quiet and efficient for ac and heat. Crew went above and beyond, great experience!

I have an air conditioning unit that has stopped working. I have an open service contract. I’ve called and left voicemails, I’ve emailed, no responses. Other neighbors are having issues as well and they’re receiving no response from their calls. I was told by another neighbor, the Jacksonville location is closed. I just had someone here 2 months ago to service the coolant, they never said they were closing shop in Jacksonville. I’d like my contract honored and my unit repaired.

Been waiting over a month for a part to be installed back into my ac. Can't get anyone on the ph an also have left several messages still no return call. UPDATE: Come to find out around the same time in June 2022" the company went out of business. That explains why no call backs or answering of phones. Now currently dealing with the company that has taken over. We'll see how this goes.

The company originally installed our AC/Heating Units and the units are still under warranty. However, I have called for four days (a cumulative 3.75 hours) with no answer. I finally had an answering service answer with the promise of a call back. No response. The warranty is only as good as the company that backs it, and in this case, it is worthless. I have a novel idea.... answer your phone!

Staff is professional and friendly however it has been over a month and counting; waiting for a Goodman AC installation. They had to change the proposal two different times due to lack of equipment, understanding today’s demand, and when they finally get everything together and come out to install the air handler was badly damaged. They sent another (3rd) proposal for a totally different brand and lower Seer Rating than the one I paid for. I refuse to spend my hard earned money on something they just want to install just to get the job done. I honestly hope they get all the parts for the Unit I chose soon, without damage, and can finish the job ASAP.

Rhett is a lifesaver!!! One stop sent out a professional prior to Rhett and he wasn’t able to get the job done! Well, Rhett is very knowledgeable and he went through a thorough inspection of the system until he found the issue. This issue had been going on for months and it wasn’t solved until Rhett came out!!

If you want quality service, ask for Rhett!!! I waited months to post this review because I was used to the system needing another repair after the professional says it’s “fixed”. But so far, so good! Thanks Rhett!!!
