These folks are amazing! I interviewed more than a few AC companies, explaining my particular needs to each. FL Cooling is the only company that listened. They installed a new heat pump for me, inside and outside units, as well as a ductless mini split. They were prompt, courteous, polite, and clean. They did an extraordinary installation job in a very timely manner. They interfaced my existing smart thermostat. They triple checked the work and provided excellent service. They answered all my questions and took the time to ensure my questions were answered. Highly recommend and will refer to my friends and everyone who asks.

Florida Cooling Store installed a new AC unit for us last year. Their prices were very competitive. They showed up when they said they would and did everything that they promised. Our AC had an issue recently and just one phone call to Eric -- and he was at our house the very next morning and fixed it. It was our fault - a maintenance issue. Eric is great. We have been a customer since 2012 ,Eric has been more than a havc guy he seems to be more of a family member, than the replace and go ac people in Jacksonville.He is HONEST,TRUSTWORTHY,and most of all LOYAL to his customers.Eric has never let us down. Little over a year ago We had Eric and his crew replace our 25 year old AC. We had the Heat pump relocated to the side of the house instead of the back for future expansion.

They showed up on time early that morning and started to remove the old unit. Late afternoon I came home from work the house was cooled down , wife was happy, my backyard and garage was cleaner than when they arrived.

We have had no problems with the air conditioning since and have saved a bundle on our electric bill.

The employee who worked the floor had no knowledge about AC or AC parts and sd me the wrong part so i still don't have AC in my house!
