Our A/C went out (during the hot summer months). Double H was responsive & persistent- it took 4 visits (working with home warranty company & them) but they eventually fixed the issue. We are especially thankful for their response due to how far we live outside of Jacksonville.
Highly recommend them, they'll get the job done.

Quick and outstanding service. Cory, the tech, did a fantastic diagnosing and replacing one of our systems. Cheryl kept me informed on the status throughout. I highly recommend them for all jobs, big and small.

Poor workmanship, ruined a replacement coil in the air handler. Despite complaints that the unit was not working they stated to the warranty company that it was working appropriately. Another company evaluated the unit and found that they permanently damaged the coil during installation.

The first time that they came was under a warranty. Very satisfied, so used them again over a year later when our system konked out. Got here fast, as promised, and solved the problem. Antywan, in part, is great. I ended up signing a maintenance contract with them.

My warranty co dispatched them & I couldn't be more happier! As I tried to find immediate service but could not I understood the high demand for AC units right now but they accommodated me with in 24hrs! Service was remarkable & I appreciate him getting my unit working in under 30min! Fast & Friendly

Lost our a/c cooling and called home warranty and they referred us to Double H.
We got a scheduled time for the next day between 10-2. Cory called us during that time and arrived promptly. He wore a mask and socially distanced... and discovered our problem quickly. He also had the part in his truck and was able to replace. Can’t say enough about how pleased we were with the service! Thanks Cory!
