We have used them a couple of time and probably will never used them again , they charge a HUGE amount of money to "service" the Ac units, told us the units were good to go but we felt no difference, they "check" all freezers and air handlers" and told us service was done ... we decided to call a different company who came 2 days later and within 5 minutes said the system had low water pressure, pulled the 1st raw water pump and the impeller was almost gone, pulled the second raw water pump and it looked almost the same. so the BEARD tech did hardly anything or really I dont know what he did... even though we sped over 1k for not even 2 hrs worth of work. I suggest you call someone else.. this was on a larger Viking .

Beard marine has been fantastic. Eric is a great Refrigerator technician and more concerned with fixing our problems than swapping parts. He has been candid about what our issues might be and worked diligently to find the best solution.

John worked on our AC unit and discovered it was under warranty so there was no charge for all his hard work. He made the corrections needed and we are sleeping in the cold again.

Everyone we have dealt with from parts and service have been very professional and great to work with. All this during the COVID-19 pandemic!

We could not be more pleased, and yes, we have received the bill😉

I will be celebrating 40 years in the marine industry May 2017. Over the past several decades I have called upon many services and would like to recognize Beard Marine Group as one of those companies I've chosen to do service with in the past, present and future. The ability to provide quality service and assistance with systems, parts and other types of hardware make up one side of the equation. However, in my experience it is more important to have a professional and personal relationship with the human side of business. I appreciate when a service call is made and the person answering the phone whether it's a manager, technician or office personnel knows who I am. They understand my expectations and in return I know Beard's commitment to meeting them. Plainly put, it's an easy phone call to make.

I've used Beard for 3 years and I've never had a problem with the work. Pricing is top of the market but again the work has been good. That said, I'm having a fair amount of work done now and decided to go with a different company. Every time I called the first words were always "were really busy" and backed up for two weeks. Maybe we can squeeze somebody in. Not exactly the vibe you want if you're a customer with 5 AC systems. Further, they didn't invoice and then incorrectly invoiced a $multiK invoice. It took months to figure it due to a systems error on their end. So after I dealt with the forensic accounting on that, I called to get a compressor replaced and it was "we're really backed up". Good work, beside manner, not so much.

The actual service was very good. The scheduling of the service was extremely difficult and frustrating, The scheduler, Darren, cancelled my appointment several times and at the last minute and resulted in me wasting a lot of time waiting for the technician and rearranging my schedule. I finally had to call Darren's supervisor to get the technician scheduled.

To start off, the Parts Manager Mr. Sutton, is a complete a**hole. He treats his employee's with complete disrespect and is also a rude moron to the customers that vist the store. His off-color remarks involving the female customers that would enter the store are nasty, off-putting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE!!!!!! A female employee quit the store after only one week due to his disgusting mannerisms!!!! This company has dropped the ball on the quality of their technicians! This is the reason why so many technicians have left .. i advise strongly in dealing with this company!!!
