Crew repaired one unit in my house that required removal of the coil and inner parts of the unit and amazingly in the same day...replaced a full system on another part of the house. I highly recommend them as they are priced reseaonable and were very conscientious. Great company!!! Robert showed up to quote me and also checked up on Their crew during the Job.

I have been with this AMAZING company for over 12 years and can only say GREAT THINGS. We live in South Florida where it's hot most of the year. I know there are lots of different AC companies and you can't go wrong with the professionalism, friendliness, and they are VERY HONEST.

This company does not understand the concept of customer service in the least. My downstairs neighbor in a condo I own was having his AC unit replaced. His unit happens to be right next to mine. My tenant came home from work that evening and contacted me to say that her place is hot and the AC is blowing warm air. She explains that there was an AC company working downstairs and asked if that would affect her AC. I said it should not but maybe go ask if they did anything. Before she could get downstairs, they were gone.
I go to my condo and find that the circuit breaker is missing from my unit which is why my compressor is not running. I called my neighbor who gives me the number of the AC company who I then call. I explain what happened and was told that I would get a call back. I get a call back shortly and was told the tech who was there earlier could not be reached but that someone else would be there within an hour. In the meantime, my neighbor and I were discussing the issue and he showed me that the breaker I thought was mine was actually his and the one I thought was his was mine. Who ever did the original installation swapped the positions of the breakers and the matching compressor.
He suggested the fuse might be blown so I went and bought new fuses. I installed the fuses and put the breaker in and the unit has been running ever since. I suspect the technician made the same mistake I did and originally pulled my breaker thinking it was my neighbors. In the process, maybe the fuse blew or the breaker was not re-seated properly when reinstalled. I find it highly unlikely that this company did absolutely nothing to cause my AC unit to stop working. Just too coincidental.
Nevertheless, no one ever showed up within the hour. I called the company back to tell them not to bother coming because I fixed it myself. I was told that the company owner had already spoken to the property owner and that he was coming to the property personally. Not sure who he spoke with but it wasn’t me.
Now if I were the company owner, I would have called the next day to apologize for any confusion or outage that his tech may have caused inadvertently. Of course, no call was ever made. A three-minute phone call would have earned some good will and a possible new customer in me in the future. Instead you have lost a customer forever.

I got my ac replaced with them in 2013 and since I did I have been having problems with it. Everyone that has gone out to look at it just says whoever replaced it for you did not install it correct, left pieces from my old unit etc. Ac units are suppose to last 10-15 years and my rheem only last 7 barely with problems every year. They want to take no responsibility for any of this and on top of it charge so much money to go out and “see” what is going on.

Had a new Split ac system put in and they damaged my walls. They came out to repair it and did a terrible job. Didn’t fix the electrical outlet that was popped off and said it was already this way. Unbelievably the owner called me and didn’t want to help. Never again. Stay away!
