The Temperature Pro installers were very professional, answered all of our questions and helped us to set up our phones to run our new Bosch air-conditioning system. My technician, Don showed up when scheduled to. He was very courteous, explained what he was doing during each step of my HVAC systems maintenance. Also, very honest. He didn’t not try to sell me any unnecessary services. I was so impressed instead of paying for a single for the service, I purchased a yearly contract with Temperature Pro. An excellent business model that many other “HVAC Companies” in SW Florida can learn a lesson from. Keep up the excellent work!

If I could give this company 6 stars I would! From the owner Keith to our service technician Tio, our entire experience with Temperature Pro was outstanding! Our old AC system was about 15 years old and in dire need of replacement until it died. Temperature Pro had someone out to look at our system immediately and when it was decided that we were replacing our old system they made sure we were a priority on their schedule. Since our system was going to be down for about 4 days, Keith took time away from his family on a Saturday to personally bring us 2 portable AC units to hold us over until our new system was installed. His kids even gave crayons and pictures to my 2- and 4-year-old kids. The day our new system was installed, Tio was very courteous and explained everything in great detail. Being a bit OCD, I examined the condenser and handler once they were finished and everything was installed perfectly and very clean. I will be recommending everyone to use Temperature Pro for any of their AC needs! 5-star job guys!!
