Paul from Coral A/C was very responsive to our issue, coming out within a couple hours of our call. Fixed our issue quickly and without charging us an arm and leg. We appreciate the integrity of this business and will use them for any future problems.

Family owned business. My original call was disconnected before it made it through, and Paul called back, unprompted. Call was made Thursday afternoon and he was able to come by the following day. Paul gave explanations of what he was doing, was punctual, courteous/polite, and very thorough. There's no 'salesman' tactics being used.

My AC wasn't cooling very well and he made sure to do what he could to remedy the issue, the same day.

Other options were given for possible diagnosis and repair, and Paul even offered to go get another UV unit and come back, if I wanted to go that route. Prompt, thorough, and fair prices -- would recommend!

From the time the owner of Coral AC , Paul Elya , knocked at my door and the time I swapped my credit card on his cell phone I knew that I made the right decision to switch to his company after 19 years of searching for an affordable, but good company. Knowing that my almost 20 year old AC unit was being serviced by the owner of the company gave me peace of mind. At the end of the service, Paul patiently went over a list of things that he did and did not do considering the age of my AC unit. This is the first time in five years that I didn’t feel pressured by an AC company to replace my unit due to its age.
