Bakers Heating & Air Conditioning

On Saturday night the temp in my home was 84 degrees.
I called Bakers and a human answered the phone!!!!. The gentleman took my name, cel# and address and told me a tech would call me back. In 15 min Alex called and said he was on another location but would call me after he was complete. This was around 9:00pm and raining. He was at my home by 9:45. He know what the problem was and solved it in 25 min.
Alex was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. He is a wonderful representative of Bakers. After solving the problem, he told me of Bakers preventive maintainance program which I signed up for.

I have been using Bakers Heating and air for over 10 years. I manage 23 peoperties and thet service nthemn all. Always on time always perfect! All the guys arenamazing! Today I had Charles come to MY house and he was AMAZING! I love dealing with Mike and Joe! They are so reliable and like the saying goes..Johnny on the spot! Same day as you call! Please use these people you will not be disappointed!!!!

We have an 18 month old child when our AC went out at 10:00pm in the middle of August, but Michael made the repair happen and at a very affordable price! Trey was our technician and he arrived within the hour of calling and quickly discovered the breaker on our handler was bad. Our AC was back up and running in less than an hour. This company has a long standing tradition of helping out our community and my family is blessed by their service!

Excellent and honest customer service. I called them at 730 PM and they arrived before 8 PM, immediately found my leak and added refrigerant. The next day, they got the part under warranty and replaced it the following day. Our house stayed cool the entire time and they did exactly as promised. Price was great, the service was fast and honest with no salesmen. Only company I will use.

I had called them to help me with the remodel of my mothers home that was built in 1960. Other companies said that it could be done for an outrageous amount of money. Baker's came and made me feel at ease and fully explained how they can put two mini splits in because of the age of the house and no attic space. Joe was fantastic explaining every step. Instillation was quick and great. I would highly recommend them.

I just had Bakers replace my entire AC system two days ago. I am very pleased with their performance, from beginning to end.

Bakers Heating and Air Conditioning has great owners and service techs. I had a service call the day before with Target Air and the tech basically lied to me and told me I needed an entire new system. I called Bakers the next day to have another opinion. Joe and Mason, the service Techs,
were prompt, knowledgable, honest and took care of my problem. It was just a cleaning and new thermostat. I would highly recommend Bakers to anyone with A/C or heating issues. I will use this company for all my future needs. Thank you Joe ! Cinda K

We just replaced both air handlers at our vacation home in Fort Myers, Michael was excellent to deal with about requirements, price and scheduling and their technicians were prompt, polite and tidy. We highly recommend Bakers Heating and Air Conditioning!

Absolutely worst experience I ever dealt with. Where do I start. I had a new air conditioning system installed by Bakers. Upon completion I checked out the work. Absolutely no pride! There was a complete wire mess laying all over practically blocking my opening to attic so I called them back out to fix the work and they came out and addressed it. Still didn't look good but they made an attempt. Then about a year later after finally turning on the system for more use being that the property was a winter home it started leaking so bad it made a huge hole in my ceiling from dripping. My property manager had called another company to get another opinion about the poor craftmanship and they told us it was installed incorrectly. I gave Bakers a call to remediate the situation and the owner came out and made excuses and then sent me a bill for showing back up at the home. I had to have another company come adjust the unit because the condensation wasnt going outside from poor installation. That cost me another 600.00. Buyer beware!!! They do not stand behind their products nor their service. This nightmare cost me a lot of money to fix and patch the hole in my ceiling. I am a contractor myself and this was by far the worst experience I ever had to deal with.
