Ist time I have used P&P. Was referred by my neighbor. Alex came to Dothan to fix my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He had the problem diagnosed within 5 minutes after arriving. Checked the entire unit out to make sure everything else was working properly. Carrie and Jessica were also extremely polite and courteous. I will be using this well run company for all my HVAC needs. Thank you for getting us warm again.

The tech came on time, a very personable young fellow, in response to a call about my ac and heat that were not working, he opened the door to the air handler, flipped the switch and the unit came on, he said i must have a short somewhere looked around the wires and then we went outside to that unit and was told the compressor was bad and there was no refrigerant, he fixed NOTHING.. he quoted me a price of over 2000usd and i had no receipt, so when i called and notified the young woman that i did not want their service plan and i was paying the service call of 75.00 and i requestd a receipt well, this tech sends me a receipt, listing what he supposedly did..which was nothing..and charged me 118.00 for all his imaginary work and
Added a service charge of 75 00 i ended up paying these scammers around 193.00 for nothing...the system went down again and the fellow i called, came and informed me that the only thing wrong with the inside unit was a bad breaker which he replaced, the unit is working perfectly..he checked the outside unit and found that it was hit by lightening! He advised me to notify my homeowners insurance and file a claim that the unit was struck by lightning....the service call for this competent tech was 55.00
How pathetic that to make a few extra bucks, this company scams clients, sad. they could have had all my business but i will never use these scammers again and will tell anyone who asks about this experience including the bbb

Alex Golden did a find job made sure our unit was working and called back to make sure it was doing the job for us...He did a excellent service for me and my family. I would highly suggest him to anyone in the area that needs heating and cooling work.

Fast and efficient. I called on a hot day that my unit was broke. It was 22 years old. And they had me a new unit installed the next day.
