We were very happy with the work done and appreciated the timeliness with which it was done, since we were supposed to leave for NY the day it leaked, lol. Everyone we dealt with was competent and nice. What a team ! We know your guys serviced it when the previous owners had the apt and chose you based on that. The previous owners took good care of everything and had showed us the ac was on its way out when we bought it so we went with the logic that if they had been happy with you, so would we :-)). Thank you again and it was a pleasure talking to Pam.

I called East Coast Services last week because my AC needed a repair or to be replaces. It was not working and my wife was going crazy. East Coast Services came out to do the AC repair and everything was fine when the finished. It turns out a capacitor was bad. They did a good job, the tech was very friendly and the price was good. I would definitely use them for any other problems that we might run into.

Wow!!!! This company is the place to go to! I called this morning at 7:15 as our air conditioning stopped working completely . Matt was out here by 8:30 and from beginning to finish was professional, explained in depth the problem and pointed out other things to help with maintenance. I was blown away by the prompt response, how nice everyone I spoke to was and for all of the advice and knowledge about what was wrong. We will be always calling East Coast. Thank you thank you!
