I have used the professionals from Boulden Bros for several years now, and I have never been disappointed. Pricing is always competitive and pros who visit always listen to issues and come up with creative solutions... I'm hooked on their service.

The service is fine, but they are expensive. We’ve used them in the past and felt they were pricey, but we reached the limit. We had an extremely simple job, but the technician was not prepared to do it when he came out even though we had conveyed it over the phone when making the appointment, and still required the service fee. The actual invoice didn’t include a price breakdown, only listing items as quantity. We thought signing up for their “membership” would help, but it was not worth it at all. Will be looking for another company for our regular maintenance.

Great service! Professional, clean, knowledgeable. I trust Boulders Brothers with my 10 year old system to do maintenance and fix only the things needed. They always meet my expectations.

Long over due review. A few months ago I woke to a leak from a water pipe in the kitchen ceiling (2 story family home). After turning off the water to my house from the basement, I started calling around. There were only a handful of well reviewed services that had openings that day for repair, and I got a few quotes. I went with Boulden Brothers because they were available, knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and ready to work immediately. Shannon Lutters not only had great customer service, but also took the time to patiently answer all my questions regarding the details and cost of the repair. He arrived on time, and had everything needed that minute to assess the issue and complete the work needed to repair the leak that day. If all of Boulden Brothers plumbing technicians are as professional as Shannon Lutters, I would highly recommend Boulden Brothers for all of your plumbing needs. Thank you!

Abe C. was ontime, professional, and courteous. Work area was kept clean. Explained everything he was doing in detail. After the inspection he recommended what needed to be serviced. Gave me a full cost breakdown and explanation of what needed to be done. Overall great experience.
