We had an electrical issue that resulted in us having no heat or hot water for almost a week. Steve was great at evaluating the situation, offering suggestions, and ordering the part needed for the job. Once the part came in, Harris was good about scheduling the job to remedy the situation. Colin and his assistant were thorough, efficient, and friendly in completing the work and getting everything restored. Overall we had a wonderful experience with Harris and look forward to using them for our electrical needs in the future :)

The technicians were nice at first l. I explained that I needed to know if there's a leak in the water heater. When Gary saw the WH, he seemed to get mad, told me it's really old (I know this), they don't make parts for it and it will be really difficult to replace bc of the pipes and furnace blocking it (I know this too). I asked him some questions about how I should replace it in the future (different placement, etc). After we talked for a few minutes he said he would write up an estimate I said again that I'm not planning to replace it now unless it has a leak. No leak, he said. So I asked him if he could turn it back on. He informed me, without attempting to turn it on, that it would not relight, the system is dead. I asked if he could try. He said he would try once, but that was it. The HW heater turned on and he seemed annoyed, then charged me $150 to turn it on. He just seemed to get very angry when he found out I wasn't going to buy a new HW heater.

Everyone was extremely helpful, courteous and went above and beyond to assist us with several plumbing issues. Response time was exceptional, office staff were extremely helpful and accommodating and our service techs were knowledgeable and professional. ( Dave and Mike for our second call and Sal on our first call) We cannot say enough positive things about our experience. A big "thank you"

The service visit today June 6, 2022 was done very professionally. The technician was able to explain what he was accomplishing and fix the system in a timely manner. He gave us excellent service and we would write him a 10+

When i called Harris i did not think i would get an appt i had a water pipe leak right above my water heater what a mess, but the young lady i spoke with stated they would be there today she explained they would call 40 minutes before arrival and they did.thank you to Paul G he explained everything to me about the reason for a new hot water heater when a pipe was leaking above the water heater. Then he gave all the information on the new water heater also about the chimey and a sleeve that will be installed hopefully friday He even installed a new utility sink and replaced the pipes.
I did not get the other guys name but he was very nice too. Thank you Paul G and Partner.

My 2 Part Review: (1) John my repair tech was awesome! He did a great quality job and truly understood the repair job from start to finish. His service was professional, and the work was done in a timely manner. I would recommend him to do plumbing work on my house in the future. I would rate him 5 STARS! (2) Harris as a company, hence the reason for only 4 STARS, I was a bit disappointed with. They delayed the work due to contemplating an unnecessary job step. This wasted time and raised some doubts in my mind about the integrity of the company. This should never happen with a business, as integrity and reputation are everything! Perhaps they can take this to heart and do better in the future.

WOW! What a great experience. I'm so glad I called Harris Plumbing. They were awesome on the phone, very patient answering all my questions. I can't believe how fast they were. They were at my house within an hour, Dane was wonderful, knew exactly what the problem was and how to fixed it. He's a very nice man and personable. So happy with their service I signed up for their 1 yr service package and got a discount.

I have used Harris for multiple services. Most recently I had a switch moved and recessed lighting installed in my kitchen. Chris did a meticulous job and I couldn’t be happier. It was definitely money well spent.

The average charge for changing a wax seal on a toilet is $50 to $200. I was charged $474. I was not told in advance how much it was going to cost. If so I would not have had it done. After finishing, cleanup was not complete. Had to clean up stuff left on floor.

My sump pump was replaced. In less than a month of replacing, I went to my basement to find water everywhere in the area it was installed. Water was everywhere, on my carpet and the area of installation had to be dried. I had to call lthe company. Upon arrival to my basement, the tech implied that the problem was not the sump pump, until he pluged it in and it gushed all over the place again. At this point, it was evident it was the pump, Technician then informed me that the problem was inadequate replacement parts had been installed. He left and returned and intalled a better quality pipe. Not good! A lot of damage would have occured, if I had not gone to my basement.
