Heard about these guys early ion, when they initially went into business started and have always used them since. Local people. Timely, fair prices, expedient, and have taught us a great deal about our old heating system. We have used them for oil delivery, general maintenance and emergency repairs. Never disappointed. Have referred CNM to many people and everyone has been satisfied.

It’s been a little over two months since Cody and crew installed our system (two splits on the first floor, ceiling ducts on the second floor for both cooling and heating for our 2000 square foot house). Cody was patient, informative and responsive as we worked our way through several iterations of system design and estimates. When installation day came the crew arrived on time and had us up and running by the end of the day. They were conscientious about keeping things clean, protecting the floors, vacuuming up debris as they went along, etc. They were professional, willing to be engaged about what they were doing while staying focused on the job. Over the next couple of weeks Cody was quick to respond to our questions as we became familiar with the system. Since installation we’ve had two lengthy heat waves and the system has worked flawlessly. It’s virtually silent and easy to operate. To say we don’t miss our window a/c units would be an understatement. We chose CNM based on a number of personal recommendations and have not hesitated to recommend them to others.

The entire installation went as discussed. From sales discussion to a rapid installation ahead of schedule, everything went as planned. Pricing was competitive also. And....the best part is the system works fine and meets our needs with no issues.

Cody and Co. installed ductless ACs on two floors of our house. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. I was working from home while they worked and I could barely tell they were here.
