Don’t try calling this place if you want to try to do maintenance to your own AC unit. Instead of just telling me that to begin with, he just said they don’t carry contactors (which is funny because that is a standard AC part). I called Trane in New Haven, and he told me the truth, a contactor is a contactor and I could pick one up from them. This is why people don’t know how to do any of their own maintenance today.

Called said they had the part, and they would pull it from shelf, he said his name was John. When I arrived which was about 35 minutes away they knew nothing about it and they didn't have the part or no John worked there!🤔

I love places like this one, not ONLY for the products they have, but also love it because they have a ramp for wheelchair.

Needed parts for an emergency job. The company would not let me pay for parts over the phone so I could turn my client's heat back on. I had to close my business, drive all the way up there, and pay in person. What a waste of time.....

They open @ 7:00 but they load up their trucks first. I delivered 12 pallets and was out in 1/2 an hour.

would not sell me a part because I didn't have a license, bought the parts on Amazon for half the price
